一种基于聚焦的超声按摩装置设计

摘  要：随着人们日益关注亚健康，对保健按摩等中医理疗手段越来越感兴趣。针对目前保健按摩器材无法聚集能量以消除一些皮肤下面的肿块、不便于小面积按摩、无法将按摩与药物涂抹结合起来等不足，本文提出一种超声聚焦按摩装置设计，利用可聚焦的超声聚焦探头聚集能量，进行痛点按摩，且自动均匀地涂抹药物，使之能够聚集能量消除皮肤组织下一些顽固的肿块;能够进行小面积按摩，将疗效集中在一些特定的病理部位;能够与药物的涂抹相结合，使得保健过程更加方便舒适。

Abstract：As people pay more and more attention to sub-health，they are more and more interested in traditional Chinese medicine treatments such as health massage. The current health massage equipment can not gather energy to eliminate some lump under the skin，is not convenient for small-area massage and cannot combine massage with drug application. Targeting at these problems，this paper proposes a design of an ultrasonic focusing massage device，which uses a focusable ultrasound focusing probe to gather energy，perform pain point massage，and automatically apply the drug evenly. By doing this，the new device can gather energy to eliminate some stubborn  lump under the skin tissue;can carry out small-area massage and focus on specific pathological parts;can be applied with drugs，which makes the health care process more convenient and comfortable.

0  引  言

按摩，作為一种保健方式，对心理的减压以及对生理的舒缓等作用明显，因而备受人们喜爱。按摩是中国古老的医疗方法，最传统的按摩是手工按摩，用手在人身上推、按、捏、揉，以促进血液循环、神经通透、活血化瘀。如，在面部进行适当的按摩，可以改善皮肤新陈代谢，另外配合适当的药物加以辅助，还可达到缩小毛孔、消除皱纹等美容功效。可是由于现代人工作忙、压力大，去按摩店与美容店是一笔较大的时间和金钱开销，因而各种家庭式和便携式的按摩棒、美容仪器应运而生。但是目前的按摩器仅仅局限于在对一个较大面积的组织进行震动或者红外线热疗，本文考虑聚集能量，提出对一小部分有特殊病痛的组织进行小区域按摩的聚焦按摩装置。……
