【摘 要】目的:探讨DNA抑制基因转型修复技术在治疗生殖器疱疹中的临床效果。方法:选取2015年1月-2018年6月以确诊为生殖器泡疹的268例性病就诊者做为研究对象,运用该技术进行治疗,结果:1-3天,快速消症,4 -5天,激活抗体, 受损病灶得以修复,6-7天,强效免疫因子,形成终生抗体,经过长达12-18月的跟踪随访,未发现复发病例。结论: DNA抑制基因转型修复技术在治疗生殖器疱疹方面有明显的疗效,具有疗程短,见效快,安全不易复发的优势,具有明显的临床应用前景,值得推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective: To explore the clinical effect of DNA inhibiting gene transformation-based repair technology in treating herpes progenitalis. Methods: 268 clinic sexually transmitted diseases attendants diagnosed with herpes progenitalis from January 2015 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects and then treated by using this technology. Results: The symptoms were eliminated after 1 to 3 days, the antibody was activated and the affected lesions were repaired after 4 to 5 days, and potent immune factors formed a lifelong antibody after 6 to 7 days. No recurrent cases were found during a follow-up period of 12 to 18 days. Conclusion: DNA inhibiting gene transformation-based repair technology has a distinct curative effect in treating herpes progenitalis. With a short course of treatment, fast effect, high safety and less reoccurrence, this technology has wide clinical prospect and should be promoted.

生殖器皰疹(genital herpes),又称阴部疱疹或疱疹二型,是由单纯疱疹病毒 (Herpes simplex virus, HSV) 感染生殖器所引起的性传播疾病[1],临床上主要表现为生殖器炎性病变,症状具有多样性和反复性,可引发生殖器癌变,主要由HSV-2, 部分为HSV-1[2]感染所致。都是双链 DNA 病毒。HSV通过皮肤与皮肤或皮肤与粘膜的接触,进入生殖器基底层的上皮细胞,复制并扩散到相邻细胞,一般潜伏期约五至六天;HSV的双链 DNA 基因组的核壳体被感觉神经轴突侵入,可潜伏在人体神经结节内, 并以逆行方式运输至感觉神经根神经节,部分病毒在再次复制并扩散到邻近的神经元,五至八成的病人会有复发的机会。
由于生殖器疱疹在全球发病率较高,具有易复 发、慢性化、难根治等特点[3],HSV 感染除对生殖器官直接损伤外,可导致男性不育、加大生殖器肿瘤发病率,易可增加人类免疫缺陷病毒( HIV )感染机会,已引起医学界广泛关注。……
