柳州地区健康体检人群幽门螺杆菌感染情况现状分析

摘要：目的：调查柳州地区健康人群幽门螺杆菌的感染状况，为疾病的防治提供依据。 方法 选取2017年6月至2019年6月9406例在本院进行健康体检的人群作为研究对象检测血清Hp抗体;根据Hp抗体检测结果将体检人群分为Hp抗体阳性和阴性组，并对结果按性别和年龄分组进行统计分析。结果9406例体检人群中，Hp感染的总阳性率为35.10%，男性Hp阳性率33.92%低于女性36.13%，两者差异无统计学意义（p>0.05）。≤30岁组（29.98%）人群Hp的阳性率最低，而>60岁组（38.57%）阳性率最高。Hp阳性感染率随着年龄增长而呈递增趋势（p<0.05）。 结论 柳州地区Hp阳性感染率低于全国平均水平，阳性率没有性别的差异;随着年龄的增长，阳性率则不断增高。

Investigation of Helicobacter pylori infection of healthy people in Liuzhou

Abstract：Objective To investigate the infection status of Helicobacter pylori in healthy population in Liuzhou， and provide evidence for disease prevention and treatment. Methods The serum Hp antibody test was performed for diagnosis of Hp infect in 9406 healthy subjects who received physical examination in Liutie Central Hospital between June 2017 and June 2019. The results of Hp antibody detection， and the physical examination population was divided into Hp antibody positive and negative groups， and the results were statistically analyzed by gender and age grouped. Results Among the 9406 healthy subjects， 35.10% were positive for Hp. The was no significant difference in Hp positive rate between males and females （33.92% vs 36.13， p>0.05）. The rate of Hp infection was lowest in subjects aged ≤30 years （29.98%） and was highest in subjects aged >60 years （38.57%）. The positive rate of Hp infection increased with age （p<0.05）. Conclusion The positive rate of Hp infection in Liuzhou area is lower than the national average， and there is no gender difference in positive rate; with the increase of age， the positive rate is increasing.

幽門螺杆菌（ Helicobacter pylori，Hp）是革兰氏阴性菌，在人群中有着较高的感染率为50%左右。HP的感染是造成消化道疾病最为常见的致病因子之一，引发胃内多种疾病，如慢性萎缩性胃炎、消化性溃疡等，如长期感染严重的会导致胃癌，Hp被国际癌症研究机构认为是Ⅰ类致癌因子[1]。Hp不仅与胃病相关，还与其他胃肠道外疾病的发生具有一定的关系;如与肝硬化、高血压、脑血管疾病、免疫性疾病、糖尿病等疾病的发病中存在一定作用[2]。目前Hp感染率在不同国家及不同地区存在的差异较大，了解各地区的Hp感染率对制定适合我国感染Hp处理政策具有重要意义。目前有关柳州地区Hp感染的状况报道尚少。本研究通过分析我院9406例健康体检者，以期为了解柳州地区的Hp感染状况提供资料。

1研究对象与方法

1.1研究对象

选择2017年6月-2019年6月在本院进行健康体检人群9406例，其中男性4366例，女性5040例，年龄10-95岁，平均年龄（43.68±13.24）岁。
