终端与业务创新

摘  要：在科学技术飞速发展的新常态下，融合创新成为行业发展的必由之路，旨在优化配置发展资源，拓宽行业发展途径，助其打开新市场，在新媒体、信息技术、电子消费等产业融合进程中探寻创新发展机遇。其中信息通信产业若想不断提高自身市场竞争力、适应力，亦需要看到融合创新发展的前景，以产业互相渗透为基础，在业务、网络、通信、终端等领域寻求创新发展出路，满足新时代人们个性化的通信需求。本文通过分析终端与业务创新——走出固网增值业务的困境，以期推动通信服务产业稳健发展。

Abstract：Under the new normal state of rapid development of science and technology，integration and innovation have become the only way for the development of the industry. It aims to optimize the allocation of development resources，broaden the development path of the industry，and help them open new markets. Explore opportunities for innovation and development in the process of industrial convergence of new media，information technology and electronic consumption. If the information and communication industry wants to continuously improve its market competitiveness and adaptability，it also needs to see the prospects of integration，innovation and development. Based on the mutual penetration of industries，it seeks innovative development outlets in business，network，communication，terminal and other fields to meet the personalized communication needs of people in the new era. In this paper，through the analysis of terminal and business innovation——out of the predicament of fixed network value-added services，in order to promote the steady development of the telecommunication service industry.

在互联网体系稳健发展进程中，网络综合服务黏合力不断提升，以网络为载体可以传输各类数据，为人们交流互动提供便利，使网络与支付、通信、娱乐、信息传输、管理等人们日常生产生活的关系更加紧密，并致力于为用户提供差异化的服务，提升用户网络服务体验满意度，用户市场逐级细分，相关业务随之增多，且根据用户需求推陈出新[1]。用戶在消费进程中直接面对终端，这就需要终端不断革新业务，提高用户体验满意度，在网络体系稳健发展的过程中寻求终端业务创新出路，继而突破固网增值业务发展瓶颈，确保通信产业与时俱进。

当前终端在液晶显示、集成电路等技术发展进程中的业务逐渐分化，朝着智能化、移动化、小型化和个性化的方向发展，使娱乐、计算机、通信得以结合在一起，为终端用户提供多样化服务。……
