核电厂辅助给水系统调试经验探讨

【摘  要】本文通过对某核电厂辅助给水系统在调试试验期间出现的问题和解决方法进行探讨和分析，从现场实际出发，比较清晰地说明了这部分系统的调试工作的过程及重点和难点，并反馈了辅助给水系统的调试工作关键和注意问题以及针对相关问题所采取的实际可行的解决方法，同时也针对机组目前正常运行期间该部分系统的运行方式给出了一些切实可行的建议。对核电厂辅助给水系统的正常运行以及新机组辅助给水系统相关调试工作的顺利开展具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract： Based on the discussion and analysis of the problems and solutions of the auxiliary water supply system in a nuclear power plant during the commissioning test， the process， key points and difficulties of the commissioning work of this part of the system are clearly explained from the field practice， and the key and noticeable problems of the commissioning work of the auxiliary water supply system and the practical and feasible solutions to the related problems are feedback. At the same time， some practical suggestions are given for the operation mode of this part of the system during the normal operation of the unit. It has certain guiding significance for normal operation of auxiliary water supply system in nuclear power plant and smooth debugging of auxiliary water supply system of new units.

0 引言

輔助给水系统作为正常给水系统的备用，在丧失主给水系统时，向蒸汽发生器二次侧提供给水。在启动给水系统失效时，也可用辅助给水系统维持蒸汽发生器二次侧水位。该系统除氧器装置可向辅助给水系统的贮水池和反应堆硼水补给系统的水箱提供除盐除氧水。

辅助给水系统属于专设安全设施。在任一正常给水系统发生事故时，辅助给水系统运行，能够确保向蒸汽发生器供应适量的水，以导出堆芯余热，直到反应堆冷却剂系统达到余热排出系统可投入的状态。

1、调试工作简介

辅助给水系统一般划分为4个部分分别开展实体安装工作，即辅助给水箱部分、电动泵部分、汽动泵部分、辅助给水除氧器部分，在热态性能试验（下文简称热试）前该系统主要工作见图1。通常情况下该系统建安工作启动晚，热试前应当充分考虑各子系统的安装工期，依据现场情况将该系统的调试工作作为主线督促才可确保热试按期实现。……
