氨茶碱联合环丙沙星治疗慢性阻塞性肺气肿效果及对患者生活质量影响分析

摘要：目的：研究并分析慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者采用氨茶碱联合环丙沙星治疗的效果以及治疗后对生活质量的影响。方法：将2017年4月至2018年4月入住我院进行慢性阻塞性肺气肿治疗的150例患者作为研究对象，依据数字随机方式对患者进行分组，共分为对照组患者75例以及實验组75例，对照组患者接受常规治疗，实验组患者接受常规治疗的基础上增加氨茶碱联合环丙沙星治疗，对比两组患者治疗效果以及治疗后生活质量影响。结果：两组患者接受治疗后，实验组患者治疗总有效率为98.67%明显高于对照组患者84.67%，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.050）;实验组患者各项肺功能改善情况与对照组相比更加优良，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;实验组患者生活质量评分相比对照组更加良好，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;对比两组患者不良反应率可以分析出，两组患者接受治疗后均未出现不良反应（P>0.05）。结论：氨茶碱联合环丙沙星用于治疗慢性阻塞性肺气肿疾病效果显著，能够有效的实现治疗效果，改善患者各项肺功能情况，帮助患者提升生活质量，并且具有极高安全性，值得临床推广。

Effect of combination of aminophylline and ciprofloxacin in the treatment of chronic obstructive emphysema and its effect on patients' quality of life

[Abstract]：objective：to study and analyze the effect of combination of aminophylline and ciprofloxacin in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive emphysema and the effect of treatment on quality of life. Methods：between April 2017 and April 2018 in our hospital for treatment of 150 cases of patients with chronic obstructive emphysema as the research object，based on the digital random way to group of patients，which is divided into the control group，75 cases of patients with as well as the experimental group 75 cases，control group patients received conventional treatment，the experimental group patients received conventional treatment on the basis of ciprofloxacin increased aminophylline combined treatment，compared two groups of patients after treatment effect and quality of life. Results：after treatment，the total effective rate of the experimental group was 98.67%，significantly higher than that of the control group（84.67%），and the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.050）. The improvement of lung function in the experimental group was better than that in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）. Compared with the control group，the quality of life score in the experimental group was better，and the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）. The adverse reaction rates of the two groups were compared，and no adverse reactions were found in the two groups after treatment（P > 0.05）. Conclusion：the combination of aminophylline and ciprofloxacin is effective in the treatment of chronic obstructive emphysema. It can effectively achieve the treatment effect，improve the pulmonary function of patients，improve the quality of life of patients，and is of high safety and worthy of clinical promotion.

前言：

由于現代社会科技的影响，导致环境受到严重污染，加上现代人们大多具有吸烟酗酒的恶习，使得慢性阻塞性肺气肿的发病概率逐年上升。慢性阻塞性肺气肿严重破坏患者的生命健康，让患者在发病期间痛不欲生，为了帮助患者实现治疗，因此展开了本次研究，以下为研究过程以及研究目的的具体表述。

1 资料和方法

1.1 基线资料

研究时间为2017年4月至2018年4月，研究为对象我院收治的150例慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者，分组方式为数字随机，分组结果为对照组（接受常规治疗）以及实验组（接受常规治疗加氨茶碱联合环丙沙星治疗），每组患者各75例。……
