As Principal of Beijing No. 35 High School, Zhu Jianmin is leading the school with long history toward a modern future. In early years, respect for teachers and yearning for the cause of education emerged in Zhus heart, and now he regard education as his life-long career. Zhu has been engaged in education since 1978. Forty years of education career helped him form a unique view of education. And he came up with a set of advanced ideas in his education practice. In his view, educators should take a long-term view and focus on developing students' ability of facing the future. In 2015, the International Department of No.35 High School was set up. Zhu also has his own mature ideas in the field of international education. In his view, the background of international education is exactly Chinese culture.

A trip to Tokyo help know better about Japanese education

In September 2019, journalists of Studying Abroad Magazine opened a trip to Tokyo, visited many famous schools and conducted in-depth interviews. Studying Abroad visited Waseda Campus and Shinjuku Campus of Fuji International Language School in Japan, during which several teachers and students were interviewed. In addition, journalists also visited Tokyo University and Waseda University under the leadership of graduates from Fuji International Language School.
