高校辅导员开展心理健康教育工作中的问题及解决方法探究

摘  要：目前，针对大学生存在的心理问题，高校辅导员必须及时制定解决策略，利用心理健康教育，解决学生当前阶段存在的心理问題，并结合思想政治教育，灵活利用方式方法，拉近辅导员与学生间的距离;掌握学生在当前阶段的所思所想，利用辅导员丰富的人生经验，制订心理健康教育方案;掌握学生心理生理特点，加强师生间的沟通，从而解决高校大学生心理问题频发，防止因为心理问题导致恶性事件。确保学生可以在当前阶段健康、茁壮成长，成为社会需要的栋梁之材。

Abstract： At present， in response to the psychological problems of college students， college counselors must promptly formulate solutions， use mental health education to solve the psychological problems of students at the current stage， combine ideological and political education， and use methods and methods flexibly to narrow the distance between counselors and students; Master students' thoughts and thoughts at the current stage， use counselors' rich life experience to formulate mental health education programs; Master the psychophysiological characteristics of students， strengthen the communication between teachers and students， so as to solve the frequent psychological problems of college students and prevent vicious events caused by psychological problems. To ensure that students can grow up healthy and vigorously at the current stage and become the pillars of society's needs.

如今大学生心理问题已经越来越得到社会各界的广泛关注，高校辅导员需要明确教育部对大学教育提出的要求，同时还应该了解大学生在大学期间容易发生的心理问题，并掌握学生当前阶段心理生理特点，结合思想政治教育内容以及心理健康教育内容，进行针对性的心理疏导，发现问题及时上报，利用空闲时间组织学生参与心理健康知识讲座，并在学生日常生活学习期间关注学生行为，使学生可以健康、茁壮成长。

因此，该文就高校辅导员如何开展心理健康教育工作进行探讨，明确各个时期大学生会存在哪些心理问题，高校辅导员推动心理健康教育途径以及如何解决不同阶段大学生心理问题的方法。从而推动辅导员心理健康教育工作，保护大学生心理健康。……
