一种新型减压易控制的医用便盆

摘  要：文章介绍一种新型减压易控制医用便盆的改良与应用。此医用便盆包括盆底、盆沿、盆体、腿部放置区、可转动挡尿板、半三角形拉手、两侧把手、底部凹槽等。便盆盆体设置骶尾部凹槽及腿部放置区，避免产生空心，减少疼痛感和下肢肌张力有限患者的不適感。可转动挡尿板旋转到合适角度，可防止尿液外溅，保护患者隐私部位。便盆设半三角形拉手、两侧把手及供拇指和四指拿的似握柄状的弧形凹槽，护理者可以在便盆竖立时更好的控制便盆，并快速取出便盆，不易导致粪便堆积在肛门处，防止被褥、病服污染，降低女性泌尿系统及外阴感染的机率。该便盆操作简单，增加了患者舒适度，减少了视觉刺激。

Abstract： This paper introduces the improvement and application of a new type of decompression and easy-to-control medical bedpan. The medical bedpan includes a basin bottom， a basin rim， a basin body， a leg placement area， a rotatable urine baffle， a semi-triangular handle， a handle on both sides， a bottom groove， etc. The bedpan body is provided with sacral grooves and leg placement areas to avoid hollow and reduce pain and discomfort in patients with limited muscle tension in the lower extremities. The urine baffle can be rotated to the right angle， which can prevent urine splashing and protect the privacy of patients. The bedpan is provided with a semi-triangular handle， a handle on both sides and a handle-like curved groove for the thumb and four fingers， so that the caregiver can better control the bedpan when the bedpan is erect， and quickly take out the bedpan， which is not easy to cause feces to accumulate in the anus， prevent bedding， hospital clothes pollution， and reduce the probability of female urinary and vulvar infection. The bedpan is easy to operate， increases patient comfort and reduces visual stimulation.

进入新时代，随着人民生活水平的提高、人口老龄化的日益加剧，人们价值观及生活习惯的改变，日常生活中致病、致伤、致残等因素的持续增加，社会、医院及家庭里生活不能自理的卧床病人也渐渐增多，便盆成为了他们生活中必不可少的日用品。而长期卧床患者皮肤组织脆弱，常规的搪瓷材质或硬质塑料的便盆质地较硬，在使用过程中易因操作不当蹭破皮肤，也易增加局部剪切力摩擦力，进而增加了压疮发生的机率[1]。为响应健康中国行动，扎实推进健康中国建设，设计符合老年人及患者生理需求，以及可防止患者交叉感染的医用便盆对维护卧床病人的健康十分关键。……
