PLC在城市二次供水标准泵房的平台建设与应用

摘  要：近年来，城市用水量随着城市人口的增长，人民生活质量提高，对二次供水设备的管理推行封闭式和智能化管理势在必行。由此，二次供水标准泵房的平台建设由此而生，它集合了西门子PLC和GYMS集成管理控制平台系统，安防监控及门禁管理系统，水质在线监控系统，手机APP远程控制系统一体化智能控制平台。

Abstract： In recent years， with the growth of urban population and the improvement of people's quality of life， it is imperative to carry out closed and intelligent management of secondary water supply equipment. As a result， the platform construction of the standard pump room for secondary water supply comes into being， which integrates Siemens PLC and GYMS integrated management control platform system， security monitoring and access control management system， water quality on-line monitoring system， and the integrated intelligent control platform of mobile phone APP remote control system.

二次供水標准泵房的平台建立于某小区二次加压生活水泵房，此平台位于地下车库负一层，有2个生活水池，泵房内有3个加压区（低区，中区，高区），每个区由3台主泵和1台副泵组成，泵房有2个出入口，泵房内设置了集水井和排水沟。设计方案配置了低中高三套全变频控制柜，此控制柜要求配置西门子PLC，数字量输入，输出模块，网络模块，触摸屏，每台泵配置独立一台变频器，及电力监控仪表，主件采用施耐德电气元件;公用监控PLC控制柜要求配置UPS电源，门禁系统，水质在线监控系统，视频监控系统，进水控制系统。

1 工作原理

二次供水标泵房是建立一个GYMS集成管理控制平台，GYMS集成管理控制平台通过信息网络系统将面向用户的各种服务功能集成到一个业务支撑平台上，建立起门户网站，通过一个可视化的Web图形窗口界面，经授权用户足不出户，即可在计算机上方便、快捷地查询二次供水智慧泵房建设项目的水泵监控、安防监控、门禁系统、红外线、水质控制、水位感应仪、烟感等设备运行情况。……
