胸主动脉腔内修复术治疗StanfordB型主动脉夹层患者围术期血压护理

【摘要】目的：探析胸主动脉腔内修复术治疗Stanford B型主动脉夹层患者围术期血压护理。方法：将我院治疗的Stanford B型主动脉夹层患者作为本次主要研究对象，总计120例，选取时间为2018年6月-2019年6月。对所有患者实施围术期血压护理干预，通过观察和分析，了解实施护血压护理干预前后，患者血压水平的情况。结果：经过分析得知，手术治疗前后，所有患者的血压异常情况均恢复正常，本次研究的所有患者通过护理都顺利度过危险期，而且并发症的发生率较低。所有患者接受围术期血压护理后，其血压水平要优于护理前的状况，具有明显的差异，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：采取围术期血压护理的方法，进行Stanford B型主动脉夹层患者的治疗能够提高手术的安全性，对患者的康复有着积极作用。

[Abstract] Objective：To explore the perioperative blood pressure nursing of patients with Stanford B aortic dissection treated by endovascular thoracic aortic repair. Methods：120 patients with Stanford B type aortic dissection treated in our hospital were selected as the main research subjects from June 2018 to June 2019. All patients were given perioperative blood pressure nursing intervention. Through observation and analysis， the blood pressure level of patients before and after the implementation of blood pressure nursing intervention was understood. Results： After analysis， all patients'blood pressure abnormalities returned to normal before and after operation. All patients in this study passed through the dangerous period smoothly through nursing， and the incidence of complications was low. After perioperative blood pressure nursing， the blood pressure level of all patients was better than that before nursing. There was significant difference （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： Perioperative blood pressure nursing and Stanford B aortic dissection treatment can improve the safety of surgery， and has a positive effect on the rehabilitation of patients.

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

随机选取我院2018年6月-2019年6月收治的Stanford B型主动脉夹层患者进行研究，总计120例。所有患者中，男性患者80例，女性患者40例，最小年龄31岁，最大年龄80岁，年龄的平均值为（54.12±12.03）岁。

1.2 方法

由于多数患者血压情况不够稳定，为了手术的顺利进展，在术前护理人员要对患者的静脉血管进行护理，并通过该过程给予正确的评估，严格按照医嘱监督患者用药。同时还要进行健康宣教，积极的向患者讲解手术前的注意事项，引导其休息。另外，护理人员要热情的与患者沟通，便于了解患者的心理状况，并做出正确的心理引导，使其能够积极的配合治疗。其次，在手术期间要对患者的血压情况进行监测，并做好记录，发现异常要采取针对性的措施处理，并对各项数据进行记录。……
