关于科考船信息系统的配置方案

摘    要：本文根据科考船的作业及航行特点，并结合科考船实船建造过程中的信息系统安装经验，分析介绍了：科考船的信息系统的功能模块，包括业务管理系统、安全管理系统、信息采集系统、综合显示系统、远程交互系统;信息系统的设备配置，包括外部交互设备、内部数据交互设备、终端设备;信息系统装船配置。为类似船舶的信息系统设计提供参考。

Abstract： According to the operation and navigation characteristics of the research ship and the installation experience of the information system during the construction of the research vessel， this paper analyzes and introduces the functional modules of the information system of the research vessel， including business management system， safety management system， information acquisition system， integrated display system and remote interactive system; equipment configuration of information system， including external interactive equipment， internal data interactive equipment and terminal equipment; and shipping configuration of information system， to provide reference for information system design of similar ship projects

1     前言

科考船主要用于调查研究海洋地质、水文、生物、气象、资源等。作为海上移动数据采集、分析的试验室，科考设备之间有大量的数据交互，另外，船与岸基、船与船之间也需要进行数据交互;随着信息技术的进步，为丰富出航时科考船上的船员、科学家等人员的业余生活，科考船上常配置休闲娱乐系统。所有这些都可由船舶信息系统来实现，信息系统可增强船舶功能，方便船舶管理，提高船上工作舒适度。

2    信息系统的功能模块

根据科考船的工作特点与人员配置，信息系统主要包括：业务管理系统、安全管理系统、信息采集系统、综合显示系统、远程交互系统等。所有这些系统均可通过公共信息子网或科考作业子网进行数据交互，各个系统在终端可以通过统一门户网站进入。信息系统模块图，见图1所示。

统一门户网站主要由新闻动态、通知公告、船舶概况、船舶实时状态、生活娱乐、统一登陆等模块组成，作为整个信息系统的交互窗口。……
