浅析聚乙烯装置后部造粒对粒料颜色的影响

【摘 要】聚乙烯是一种常见的通用塑料，是当前工业上运用最多的塑料类型之一，对于工业的发展以及建设具有至关重要的作用。根据调查研究表明，聚乙烯装置和造粒会对造粒的颜色产生一定的影响，论文主要对聚乙烯装置后部造粒粒料颜色变黄的原因以及具体的表现进行探究，并指出了具體的解决对策和改进措施，希望能够为聚乙烯材料的顺利稳定生产提供一定的参考。

【Abstract】Polyethylene is a common general plastic， which is one of the most widely used plastics in industry at present， and plays an important role in the development and construction of industry. According to the investigation and study， the polyethylene plant and granulation will have a certain effect on the color of granulation. This paper mainly probes into the causes and concrete performance of the color yellowing of the granule of granulation at the back of the polyethylene plant， and points out the concrete countermeasures and improvement measures， hoping to provide some reference for the smooth and stable production of polyethylene.

1 引言

聚乙烯生产装置由原料精制环节、聚合反应环节、尾气回收以及树脂脱气环节、添加剂处理和造粒环节、风冷环节等多种环节组合而成。聚乙烯工业的生产往往需要涉及多个反应和步骤，持续时间较长，连续性较强，在实际运行的过程中难免会由于各种问题而影响生产的效果和生产的质量。因此，必须要加强对聚乙烯工业的研究，明确聚乙烯工艺的干扰因素，并采取针对性的措施进行解决。研究发现，聚乙烯造粒变黄问题一直以来都是影响聚乙烯生产质量的关键问题，因此，需要重点进行聚乙烯生产工艺的改造和生产装置的优化工作。

2 聚乙烯装置后部造粒生产概述

2.1 聚乙烯生产原理

聚乙烯简称PE，是一种由乙烯聚合制成的热塑性树脂，是一种结构相对简单的高分子，也是当前供应商应用范围最广的高分子材料。聚乙烯是当前工业上通用合成树脂产量最大的品种，主要包括高密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯以及线型低密度聚乙烯等。……
