从常德市体育中心更新改造看新时期中心城区体育场馆景观设计趋势

【摘要】新时期随着《全民健身条例》的实施与推广，人们对体育运动的需求与日俱增，并且对体育景观要求不断提高。体育健身场地的景观设计理念和方法也随之发生变化。在分析现有体育中心景观设计特点，总结景观特征和基本原则，结合常德市体育中心更新改造景观设计实践，探讨包括功能定位、公共开放空间、交通组织、生态保护等方面的景观设计策略转变。本文虽然不能全面涵盖新时期体育中心更新改造的所有内容，但希望能拓展对体育景观设计的思考。

【Abstract】With the implementation and promotion of the《Regulations on National Fitness》 in the new area，peoples demands for sports grow with each passing day and peoples requirements for sports landscaping are constantly improving. The concept and method of landscape design of sports space also change. This paper analyzes the landscape design features of existing sports center， summarizes its landscape characteristics and basic principles. Combining with the practice of Changde Sports Center renewal plan， the paper discusses the transformation of the landscape design strategies， including functional orientation，public open space， traffic organization， ecological protection。This paper hopes to expand the thinking of sports landscape design， although it can not fully cover all the contents of the renovation of the sports center in the new era.

党的十九大报告提出“加快推进体育强国建设”，习近平总书记明确要求要“精心谋划，狠抓落实，不断开创我国体育事业发展新局面，加快把我国建设成为体育强国”。我国经过40多年的改革开放，经济、社会高速发展，各项事业都取得较大成绩。体育场馆的建设，特别是以1990年北京亚运会举办为契机的体育场馆建设迎来了第一个高峰期。进入新时期2008年北京奥運会的举办，我国又迎来第二个体育场馆建设高峰。经过两轮体育场馆的建设，现阶段体育场馆逐步迈向存量时代。

为了促进常德市体育事业发展编制了《常德市中心城区体育设施专项规划（2017-2030）》，对总体目标、人均体育面积、结构框架做出明确要求，以提升常德整体体育事业建设水平，激活城市文体活力，因此高质量文体设施即是民生需要，也是城市形象和影响力的载体，尤其是在中心城区范围内更新改造现有场馆使其成为功能多元、空间开放、交通便利、文化传承、环境优美的高品质体育场地，民众更是翘首以待。……
