不锈钢结扎丝和弹力结扎圈弓丝固定在口腔牙齿矫正中的应用效果比较

[摘要]目的 比較不锈钢结扎丝和弹力结扎圈弓丝固定在口腔牙齿矫正中的应用效果。方法 选取2014年1月～2019年1月我院收治的接受口腔牙齿矫正的124例患者作为研究对象，按照掷硬币方式分为对照组（n=62）和观察组（n=62）。对照组患者接受弹力结扎圈弓丝固定治疗，观察组患者接受不锈钢结扎丝治疗。观察两组患者治疗6个月后的治疗效果、牙齿矫正过程中矫正器结扎时间及拆除时间、口腔微生物环境情况。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率（96.77%）高于对照组（77.42%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组患者牙齿矫正器结扎时间及拆除时间长于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组患者矫正后口腔微生物总检出率（9.68%）低于对照组（32.26%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 口腔牙齿矫正治疗过程中，与弹力结扎圈弓丝治疗相比，不锈钢结扎丝治疗虽然结扎时间和拆除时间较长，但可以获得更好的矫正效果，且可减少口腔内细菌的产生。

Application effect comparison of stainless steel ligature wire and elastic ligation ring archwire in oral orthodontics

[Abstract] Objective To compare the application effect of stainless steel ligature wire and elastic ligature ring archwire in oral orthodontics. Methods From January 2014 to January 2019， 124 patients who received orthodontic treatment in our hospital were selected as the study objects. According to the coin tossing method， they were divided into the control group （n=62） and the observation group （n=62）. Patients in the control group received elastic ligation and archwire fixation， and the patients in the observation group received stainless steel ligation. The treatment effect after 6 months of treatment， the time of orthodontic ligation and dismantling during orthodontic treatment， oral microbial environment between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate （96.77%） in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （77.42%）， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. In the observation group， the orthodontic ligation time and removal time were longer than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The total detection rate of oral microbes in the observation group （9.68%） was lower than that in the control group （32.26%）， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Compared with the elastic ligation circle archwire treatment during the oral orthodontic treatment， the stainless steel ligation wire treatment can obtain better correction effect and reduce the bacteria in the oral cavity although the ligation time and the removal time are longer.

保持口腔牙齿健康是人们生活水平提高的表现，拥有健康的牙齿是提高人们生活质量和增加自信的关键。牙列不齐、咬合错乱等问题在牙齿畸形中最为常见，随着医疗技术的发展及人们生活水平的提高，牙齿的健康程度及美观感越来越得到人们的重视[1-4]。牙齿矫正是口腔外科常见的治疗手段，是利用正畸工具矫正牙齿避免畸形的牙齿损伤口腔[5-7]。目前，临床上常利用不锈钢结扎丝和弹力结扎圈弓丝两种不同材料的牙齿矫正器进行牙齿矫正，为进一步探讨上述两种不同材料的矫正器在临床的应用效果，本研究选取我院收治的接受口腔牙齿矫正的124例患者作为研究对象，采用上述两种不同材料的矫正器进行牙齿矫正，并对其矫正效果等情况进行比较，现报道如下。……
