浅谈职业院校语文教学现状与改革措施

摘 要

新时代背景下的职业教育对学生的综合素质有了更高的要求，语文学科作为当前职业教育的重要组成部分，部分职业院校对其教学工作重视不足，导致部分毕业学生不能尽快适应社会发展。为此，本文在剖析当前职业院校语文教学现存问题的基础上，尝试提出对应改革措施，以期提高职业院校学生语文学习质量，从而适应当前各类人才需全面发展的时代要求。

Abstract

Under the background of the new era，the vocational education has higher requirements on the comprehensive quality of students，Chinese as an important part of the current vocational education，some vocational colleges pay less attention to its teaching work，leading to some graduates can not adapt to the social development as soon as possible.Therefore，on the basis of analyzing the existing problems of Chinese teaching in vocational colleges，this paper tries to put forward corresponding reform measures，in order to improve the quality of Chinese learning of students in vocational colleges，so as to meet the requirements of the era that all kinds of talents need to develop comprehensively.

0 引言

党的十九大提出了“建设知识型、技能型、创新型劳动者大军，弘扬劳模精神和工匠精神，营造劳动光荣的社会风尚和精益求精的敬业风气”的时代要求，而作为国民教育体系中不可或缺的一员，职业教育致力于培养高素质的技能型人才[1]，目前，我国职业教育已进入新的发展阶段。语文作为一门高度反映人文思想的综合性课程，通过培养学生的听说读写能力以实现应用型专业人才的培养要求，在职业院校教学内容中具有深远意义[2]。但由于缺乏对语文学习重要性的深刻认识以及实际语文教学过程中存在的诸多不足，导致职业院校学生普遍出现厌学等不良现象，对此类学生今后的职业能力培养产生严重影响[3-4]。因此，有必要对现有职业院校语文教学工作所暴露出的问题进行分析总结，并提出针对性改革方法以提高教学质量，从而走好适应时代发展的语文教学新道路。……
