建筑工程土建施工现场管理的优化策略探究

摘要：在土建工程施工过程中，施工现场的管理是极为重要的一个方面，它直接决定了施工的成本、质量安全以及环境保护，最终影响了整个建筑实体的后期运营质量。因此有必要做好建筑工程土建施工现场管理的优化，提高工程施工的质量，通过合理的策略来加强工程的施工管理。本文就将探究土建工程现场管理存在的问题，并寻求具体地优化策略。

Abstract： In the process of civil engineering construction， the management of the construction site is an extremely important aspect， and it directly determines the cost of construction， quality safety and environmental protection， and ultimately affects the later operating quality of the entire construction entity. Therefore， it is necessary to do a good job in the optimization of civil engineering construction site management， improve the quality of engineering construction， and strengthen the construction management of the project through reasonable strategies. This article explores the problems in the site management of civil engineering and seeks specific optimization strategies.

1  现场管理的意义

1.1 成本方面

对于施工企业来说，施工的目的是为了获取相应的利润效益，成本管控是土建项目获益的重要组成部分。现场管理的涉及到施工所用机械、材料、人员、工艺方法，这些是施工成本的重要组成部分，直接决定了项目的收益，通过现场管控，优化资源配置，提升项目效益。

1.2 质量安全方面

土木工程本身就是一项安全风险高、技术含量大的工程，复杂的工序极易造成现场施工的混乱，由于交叉施工年年产生的事故极多，给人身安全带来了巨大的威胁，给财产带来了巨大的损失威胁。种种风险的源泉在于现场的施工管理混乱，通过优化现场施工管理，管控住质量与安全，降低风险事故发生概率，从而有利于项目价值的实现。

1.3 环境保护方面

土木工程施工不可避免的要产生相应的废弃物，如固体废弃物污染：砼浇筑、生活日用品;噪音污染：施工机械产生的噪音;水污染：施工废弃物。……
