老龄化视角下我国传统建筑行业转型升级发展研究

摘要：在经济发展新常态下，作为国民经济支柱产业的建筑业也面临着新的一轮机遇与挑战。本文立足于“老龄化”背景，分析了传统建筑行业转型升级的相关问题，先阐述了现阶段建筑业与人口老龄化发展的现状，并对现存问题进行了分析;之后结合传统建筑业的实际情况，对如何在“老龄化”现状下推动建筑行业转型升级进行研究，对促进建筑行业健康发展具有一定作用。

Abstract： Under the new normal of economic development， the construction industry， as the pillar industry of the national economy， is also facing a new round of opportunities and challenges. Based on the background of "aging"， this paper analyzes the problems related to the transformation and upgrading of the traditional construction industry. Firstly， it expounds the current situation of the development of the construction industry and the aging population， and analyzes the existing problems. Then， combined with the actual situation of the traditional construction industry， the research on how to promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry under the current situation of "aging" plays a certain role in promoting the healthy development of the construction industry.

0  引言

建筑业作为我国民生大业其发展与人民物质生活息息相关。近年来随着我国城镇化进程以及工业化进度的加快，建筑行业得到了飞速发展。传统建筑行業作为劳动密集型产业，其建设往往需要大量的劳动力，而当前我国人口老龄化现象日益严峻，劳务用工问题制约了建筑行业的健康发展。因此，为了更好地实现建筑行业的可持续发展，我们必须对老龄问题进行探析，从而更好的把控人口老龄化给建筑行业带来的系列问题。

当前国内外许多学者已经关注到了人口老龄化这一现象并进行了相关研究。Catalanol和Lanci等学者认为人口老龄化会影响社会经济活动、劳动者的创新动力从而影响产业结构升级[1-2]，Ehrenhard等认为人口老龄化能推动新型服务业的发展从而影响产业结构升级[3]，乜堪雄和何小洲研究发现人口老龄化对老龄产业发展有促进作用从而影响消费市场结构并深化产业分工[4]，张斌和李军发现人口老龄化通过影响需求和供给对产业结构产生影响[5]。……
