配电网设备运行维护中的风险评估与状态评价

摘要：我国自改革开放以来，城市化建设进程不断加快，加之人们的生活水平也日益提升，这加大了对电能资源的需求，为了满足发展的需求，配电网络与工程规模不断地发展壮大，这在一定程度上加大了配电网运行设备的工作负荷与管理难度，因此，需要电力企业不断加大对配电网设备的运行维护力度，笔者根据数年的工作经验与研究实践进一步解析了配电网设备运行维护中的风险评估与状态评价机制，并提出了相关的建议，希望能够为相关的从业人员带来一定的参考作用。

Abstract： Since China's reform and opening up， the urbanization process has been accelerating， and people's living standards have also been increasing， which has increased the demand for electrical energy resources. In order to meet the needs of development， the distribution network and project scale have continued to grow and expand. To a certain extent， it increases the workload and management difficulty of distribution network operation equipment. Therefore， power companies are required to continue to increase the operation and maintenance of distribution network equipment. The author， based on several years of work experience and research practice， analyzes the risk assessment and status evaluation mechanism in the operation and maintenance of distribution network equipment， and puts forward relevant suggestions， hoping to bring some reference for relevant practitioners.

0  引言

在大环境背景下，电力企业需要根据配电网设备运行情况来开发科学合理的设备维护调整方案以及各项保电预案，通过及时发布电网运行风险预警以及相关的管控通知单，以此保证电网在正常运行过程中突遭破坏或发生配电中断的情况下，能够及时获得技术层面的调整与恢复，从而保证供用电过程的稳定性与安全性。随着配电技术的不断发展，计算机调控技术与调度自动化系统得到广泛的应用，但因为电网监控以及相关的操作技术存在不够成熟的问题会直接增加电网运行中的调控风险，在这种背景下，就需要电力企业重点加大对电网运行中安全风险问题的研究力度，进一步加强对电网运行过程中的调控管理，完善风险应对机制，全面贯彻风险管控措施的有效落实，这对提升配电网设备的运行可靠性与供电稳定性带来积极的推动作用。……
