工业旧厂房弧形屋面檐沟改造方法研究

摘要：工业旧厂房的存在提醒我们在这里曾经发生过一些事情，而其作为见证历史长河的建筑，对我们来说改造无疑是目前符合我国城市建设可持续发展的最具理想的施工手段。旧时厂房屋面主要有坡屋面和弧形屋面两种形式，其中弧形屋面改造相对而言施工难度最大，尤其对于其外挑结构改造难度更大。文章通过优化建筑施工材料，采用置换与组合装配式施工做法，在保证工程质量的前提下，达到施工方便快捷、高效的目的，最终产生一定的经济效益。

Abstract： The existence of the old industrial factory building reminds us that something happened here. As a building that witnessed the long history， the renovation is undoubtedly the most ideal construction method for us that conforms to the sustainable development of urban construction in our country. In the old days， there were mainly two forms of factory roof： sloping roof and curved roof， of which curved roof was the most difficult to construct， especially for its overhanging structure. By optimizing construction materials and adopting replacement and assembly construction methods， the article achieves the purpose of convenient， fast and efficient construction on the premise of ensuring the quality of the project， and finally produces certain economic benefits.

0  引言

在中国当前惊人的城市化急行军中，有相当规模的旧厂房区已经无法满足这个时代的需求，昔日强劲的生命力逐渐萎缩，而其作为见证历史长河的建筑，对我们来说改造无疑是目前符合我国城市建设可持续发展的最具理想的施工手段。在现实条件下，大片厂房进行改造面临的问题有很多，若对其按照原样复原改造无论是从设计角度，还是从施工角度都将带来极大的不便，实施的可能性交底。鉴于上述发生的问题，我们采用了置换的思路，在尽可能保持原有结构基础上，并以其作为支撑点，对所损坏、增加或需要改造的复杂结构通过组装装配的施工方式，最终完成厂房的改造、復原或者新增。纵观古今，我国目前旧时厂房屋面形式主要有坡屋面和弧形屋面两种，其中弧形屋面因其为圆面，无论对其任何节点改造均会产生施工难的问题，尤其对于在弧形屋面上进行外挑檐沟改造，施工难度更大。……
