房建工程墙体砌筑施工技术

摘要：在当下房屋工程建设施工过程中，只有施工人员采用先进的技术来对房屋的墙体进行砌筑，才能有效提高房屋工程的质量，从而保障了房屋投入使用后住户的生命安全。对于房建工程施工的过程而言，其涉及的范围较广，施工环节较为复杂，因此，只有相关人员不断研究和改革墙体砌筑的施工技术，从而才能有效的提高房屋完工后的使用质量，进而才能推动现代建筑行业的可持续发展。本文通过分析当下房建工程墙体砌筑施工技术中存在的问题，并就如何解决这些问题提出有效措施，旨在提高墙体砌筑的施工技术以及施工质量。

Abstract： In the current construction process of housing projects， only the construction personnel using advanced technology to build the walls of the house can effectively improve the quality of the housing project， thereby ensuring the life safety of the residents after the house is put into use. As far as the construction process of housing construction projects is concerned， it involves a wider scope and more complicated construction links. Therefore， only relevant personnel continue to study and reform the construction technology of wall masonry， so as to effectively improve the quality of the use of the house after completion and promote the sustainable development of the modern construction industry. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the construction technology of wall masonry in house building projects， and puts forward effective measures， aiming to improve the construction technology and quality of wall masonry.

0  引言

当下，我国经济的快速发展为建筑行业提供了广阔的发展空间，同时也推动了对大多数的建筑施工技术的改革与创新。对于墙体砌筑施工技术而言，其施工技术的高低直接影响着房屋的质量，因此，只有相关人员掌握先进的墙体砌筑施工技术并在施工过程中有效发挥其优势，才能在确保房建工程安全可靠的基础上提高房建工程的美观度。

1  墙体砌筑施工对房建工程的作用

对房建工程进行墙体砌筑施工主要是为了对建筑进行围护、承重、分隔的作用。对于维护作用而言，就是给予住户以墙体为主的一个封闭空间。对于承重作用而言，其主要目的是为了提高墙体与楼板层面之间的抗压能力，从而才能提高楼层的坚固性。……
