温州上京浃河黑臭河水治理工程

摘 要：温州上京浃河受生活污水和餐饮废水污染，流动性差，黑臭严重;采用活水造流、曝气增氧、仿生水草及水生植物等综合措施进行2年的治理，结果表明，污染严重的上京浃河水CODCr、氨氮、总磷及溶解氧等主要水质指标均达《地表水环境质量标准》（GB3838-2002）Ⅴ类水的水平，且生物相较为丰富。

Treatment Project for the Black-odorous Water of Shangjingjia River in Wenzhou

Abstract： The Shangjingjia River in Wenzhou City has been heavily polluted and the water became black and odor due to the discharge of domestic sewage and restaurant wastewater nearby， and weak mobility. A series of techologies of flowing water production， aeration， bionic aquatic filler and aquatic plants were used to treat the water. The two-year operation results showed that the chemical oxygen demand， ammonium nitrogen， total phosphorus and dissolved oxygen of the river water satisfy the Class V standard for surface water environmental quality （GB3838-2002）. Besides， the biological phase was abundant.

1 项目概况

上京浃河位于温州市龙湾区永中街道上京村，呈南北走向，北与上京新河相交，南与永中直河相接（图1），全长380m，宽3.6～10.8m，均宽5.93m，深0.5～1.4m，均深0.72m。河道两侧主要为居民区，由于排水系统不完善，大部分生活污水和餐饮废水直排入河，黑臭严重，严重影响了周边居民的生产生活。2017年3月，为了实现剿灭劣Ⅴ类水的考核目标，龙湾区永中街道办事处实施了上京浃河截污纳管和底泥疏浚工程，河道水质得到了一定程度的改善。但由于截污不完全，河水基本不流动，进入的污染物长期滞留于河道中，黑臭仍较为严重。同年6月，永中街道办事处启动了上京浃河黑臭治理工程。项目主要采用活水造流、曝气增氧、仿生水草及水生植物等综合措施进行治理，自2017年9月起，黑臭完全消除，河水溶解氧、CODCr、氨氮、总磷等主要水质指标达《地表水环境质量标准》（GB3838-2002）Ⅴ类水水平。

2 工程设计
