创新农村脱贫攻坚工作的深入研究

摘要：随着经济社会的持续快速发展，农村脱贫攻坚工作迎来了前所未有的重大发展机遇与严峻挑战，如何准确把握当前脱贫攻坚工作现状问题，并采取有效措施，有针对性地提升脱贫攻坚工作整体成效，成为业内广泛关注的焦点课题之一。基于此，本文首先介绍了脱贫攻坚工程的伟大现实意义，分析了当前农村脱贫攻坚工作中的存在问题，并结合相关实践经验，分别从思想扶贫、精准扶贫等多个角度与方面，提出了创新农村脱贫攻坚工作的有效策略，阐述了个人对此的几点浅见，望对脱贫攻坚工作实践有所裨益。

Abstract： With the sustained and rapid development of the economy and society， the rural poverty alleviation work has ushered in unprecedented major development opportunities and severe challenges. How to accurately grasp the current status of poverty alleviation work and take effective measures to improve the overall effectiveness of poverty alleviation work has become one of the focus topics in the industry. Based on this， this article first introduces the great practical significance of the poverty alleviation project， analyzes the current problems in the poverty alleviation work in rural areas， and combined with relevant practical experience， puts forward effective strategies for innovation of rural poverty alleviation from multiple perspectives and aspects， such as ideological poverty alleviation and precise poverty alleviation， and expounds some personal opinions on this， and it is hoped that it will be helpful to the poverty alleviation work.

0  引言

中国特色社会主义事业发展进入新时代，脱贫攻坚面临着新任务与新要求，如期完成脱贫攻坚的宏伟计划，关系到广大贫困人口与贫困地区的和谐稳定，关系到农业农村工作的未来发展方向，关系到全面建设小康社会的实施进程。当前形势下，必须客观审视农村脱贫攻坚工作现状，多措并举，将脱贫攻坚工作推向新的发展层次。本文就此展开了探讨。

1  脱贫攻坚工程的伟大现实意义

党的十八大以来，以习近平总书记为核心的党中央高度重视脱贫攻坚工作，先后形成和完善了“精准扶贫”的重要思想，围绕脱贫攻坚工作的战略地位、政治保障、科学方法、工作格局、内生动力、质量保障等重大问题，提出了一系列新理念与新方略，做出了一系列重大部署，为各级各部门扎实推进脱贫工作，提高脱贫工作总体成效，坚决打赢脱贫攻坚战提供了基本遵循与方向指导。……
