小高层建筑结构中短肢剪力墙的设计要点分析

摘要：伴随城市化发展进程的持续深入，城市中小高层建筑的规模与日俱增。其中，短肢剪力墙结构得到了广泛应用。本文将从短肢剪力墙的布置数量角度出发，对其概念、应用优势以及特征等进行介绍，同时阐述其构造要求，从抗震设计、短肢剪力墙的选择应用、剪力墙洞的布置以及结构优化等层面着手，指出小高层建筑结构中短肢剪力墙的设计要点，以期为有关设计人员提供参考。

Abstract： With the continuous deepening of the urbanization development process， the scale of urban small and medium-sized

high-rise buildings is increasing day by day. Among them， the short-leg shear wall structure has been widely used. This article introduces the concept， application advantages and characteristics of the short-leg shear wall from the perspective of the number of layouts， at the same time explains its structural requirements， from the seismic design， the selection and application of short-leg shear wall， the layout of shear wall holes and structural optimization，  it points out the design points of short-leg shear wall in small high-rise building structures in order to provide reference for relevant designers.

0  引言

在如今的小高层建筑当中，短肢剪力墙结构极为常见，此结构的设计质量能够对整体结构稳定性、安全性产生直接影响。所以，为了确保小高层建筑的安全适用，设计部门应对此结构类型展开全面分析和优化，使其能够与国家有关标准相符合，保证施工得以顺利进行，最终推动建筑行业稳定、长远发展。

1  短肢剪力墙综述

1.1 概念

对于小高层建筑的平面、空间特殊布局与要求而言，短肢剪力墙结构具有重要的作用。伴随建筑行业的全面发展，传统的框架结构因为受制于建筑立体空间、露梁及露柱等因素，使得大部分建筑独特需要无法被满足。在研讨过程中，广大设计人员充分结合了传统框架结构的优势以及先进经验，也对优化短肢剪力墙结构的构造设计等相关工作提出进一步要求。从实践中可知，短肢剪力墙结构即墙肢体的高度和厚度均小于300mm的结构形式，该结构各肢横截面的高度和厚度的最大比值处在4-8范围内，属于剪力墙结构的一种。……
