旋转推铅球技术普及情况

摘  要：铅球运动是一项有着几百年历程的古老的运动项目，伴随着铅球技术的快速发展，使得铅球这项运动的魅力逐渐呈现出来，作为一项关键性的铅球运动技术手段，旋转推铅球基础成为现阶段被广泛应用的一种铅球训练手段，在国内外的普及状况良好。本文就分析旋转推铅球技术在国外及国内的普及情况，并找出这种普及差异存在的成因。

Abstract： Shot put is an ancient sport with a history of hundreds of years. With the rapid development of shot put technology， the charm of shot put gradually appears. As a key technical means of shot put， the basis of rotary shot put has become a widely used shot put training means at present， which has a good popularity at home and abroad. The following analysis of the popularity of rotary shot put technology at home and abroad， and find out the causes of the differences in popularity.

1  旋转推铅球技术在国外普及情况

铅球运动作为一项十分古老的运动项目，发展历程已经经过几百年的发展，发展水平与运动技巧已经逐渐走向成熟，具有较高水平。成就的取得是建立在完美的技术条件、最佳的身体能力与最佳的心理素质基础之上的。从整个铅球的发展史上来看，每一次铅球技术的变革都带来了铅球成绩的大幅度飞跃。旋转推铅球技术首创于20世纪60年代，在国外的普及与发展中已经取得非常突出的成就。在1972年的慕尼黑奥运会上，铅球运动吸引了众多参与者，也为铅球选手搭建了表演舞台。在铅球比赛的场地，各国选手登上运动上，参与到奥运会铅球项目当中，但在本次比赛当中除了当时较为流程的背向滑步推铅球技术之外，又出现了一种新的推铅球技术，即类似于铁饼技术的新式推铅球技术手段，这被称之为旋转推铅球。当时采用该推铅球技术的运动员为24岁的苏联运动员巴雷什尼克夫。……
