试论高校体育教学中终身体育意识的培养

摘  要：构建科学的考核机制和评价系统对学生的参与程度、努力程度、协同程度、体育技能水平等进行综合评价，提高考核评价机制的科学性，使学生能够对自身的体育能力有更为系统的认知，对学生体育学习产生一定激励作用。本文主要针对高校体育教学中终身体育意识培养的重要意义进行探究，并提出终身体育意识培养的相关措施，希望能够全面提高体育教学活动的实践性和可靠性，促进学生的全面发展。

Abstract： Constructing scientific assessment and evaluation system to evaluate the level of engagement ， the level of hard work ，the level of cooperation makes it more possible that students can understand their PE abitilty clearly. In this way students can be inspired for the thirst of  exercising. This passage mainly covers the exploration about the development of the students' life long PE awareness in universities and put some related messures about the development of the students' life long PE awareness forword， hoping the practice and reliability of PE teaching activities will be improved to promote the students' overall development.

高校教育教学活动需要结合时代发展的要求，帮助高校学生形成终身教育意识，注意培养学生的体育运动习惯，高校体育教学应当以学生实际需求和社会发展需要为参考，不断开拓教育教学目标，以终身教育作为教育主线，顺应现代化的教育思潮，使学生养成良好的终身体育意识，树立终身教育理念，实现高校体育教学改革的目标。

1  高校体育教学中终身体育意识培养的必要性

随着社会经济的不断发展和市场竞争的日益激烈，高校毕业生所面临的就业市场环境越来越复杂，承受的压力也越来越大。目前，我国高校学生就业形势普遍不乐观，学生面临的就业压力和心理压力较大，由于学生平时面临的工作和学习任务比较繁重，导致学生没有充足的时间开展身体锻炼，影响学生的身体素质。有的学校缺乏对体育教学活动的认识，对体育教学普遍重视程度不足，学生对终身体育意识的理解有偏差，影响高校体育教学效果的发挥。……
