福建省高校体育教育专业增设学前方向人才培养的可行性研究

摘  要：本文采用文献资料法、数理统计法、综合分析法等，对福建省高校体育教育专业增设学前方向人才培养的可行性进行研究。结果表明：国家政策支持，彰显学前体育教师人才培养的必要性;省内各区域学前儿童和教职工逐年增加，亟需学前体育教师人才;高校体育教育专业拥有丰厚的教学优势，有利于学前体育教师人才的培养。同时，高校体育教育专业人才竞争激烈。

Abstract： This paper studies the feasibility of adding preschool talents to the physical education major of colleges and universities in Fujian Province by means of literature， mathematical statistics and comprehensive analysis. The results show that the support of national policies highlights the necessity of pre-school physical education personnel training; the preschool children and faculty and staff in various regions of the province increase year by year， and the pre-school physical education teachers are urgently needed; the college physical education major has a rich teaching advantage and is beneficial to pre-school physical education teachers. Cultivation of talents. At the same time， college sports education professionals are fiercely competitive.

随着全面二胎政策的开放，新生儿犹如雨后春笋般地涌入社会，幼儿教育成了社会热点话题。1999年10月，教育部颁发了《幼儿园教育指导纲要（试行）》，明确提出幼儿园是基础教育的重要组成部分，幼儿德、智、体、美全面发展为终身教育奠定良好基础。但幼儿体育教育普遍存在体育专业师资力量匮乏、体育场地器材缺乏、幼儿体育课程体系不完善等问题[1]，这在一定程度上制约了幼儿体育教育的发展。同时，高校体育教育专业人才竞争激烈，就业压力大，毕业生社会服务对口单一。本文正基于此背景，提出福建省高校体育教育专业增设学前方向人才培养的可行性研究。

1  研究对象与方法

通过检索“学前教育”“体育教育专业”“人才培养”等方面的相关研究，为研究提供丰富有力的理论支撑。
