探究高职体育教学中引入拓展训练的必要性和可行性研究

摘  要：在素质教育理念之下，我国越来越注重对学生综合素质的全面培养。在如今的高职教育体系中，很多学校都过于注重对学生专业技能是上的培养，忽略了培养学生身体素质的重要性，导致高职体育教育得不到有效的发展，这种教学模式和当今素质教育的理念完全不吻合。拓展训练作为一种新型的高职体育教学模式，不仅能够改善高职体育教学中的现状，还能促进学生的身心健康全面发展，为培养更多优秀的技术型人才提供帮助。

Abstract： Under the concept of quality education， China has paid more and more attention to the comprehensive training of students' comprehensive quality. In today's higher vocational education system， many schools pay too much attention to the cultivation of students' professional skills， ignoring the importance of cultivating students' physical quality， which leads to the ineffective development of higher vocational physical education. It does not coincide with the concept of quality education today. As a new type of higher vocational physical education teaching model， outreach training can not only improve the status quo of higher vocational physical education， but also promote the comprehensive development of students' physical and mental health， and provide assistance for cultivating more excellent technical talents.

我国开展高职院校的目的就是为了给国家输送更多的优秀技能型人才，让这些学生服务于社会的各行各业，提高我国的就业率。我国的高职体育教育虽然受到了教育改革理念的影响，但是纵观我国目前整体的高职体育教育现状，还存在许多需要改正的弊端，高职体育教育改革成果并不理想，离素质教育下的高职体育教育要求还有一定的距离，因此，老师要清晰地认识到目前高职体育教学的现状和价值，结合新时代的教育理念，引入拓展训练的体育教学模式，优化高职体育教学现状，提高高职体育教学的有效性。本文对高职体育教学中引入拓展训练的必要性和可行性进行了详细概述，并且分析了引入拓展训练的具体措施[1]。
