德育渗透于初中体育教学的策略分析

摘  要：教育的目的旨在培養德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的综合型人才，这是当下国家对于复合型人才储备的要求，也是国家教育战略改革的方向，强化素质教育，重在德育的全面普及与应用。体育与德育的深入渗透，为提高学生的德育发展不断尝试创新，真正地将德育植入每一个教学环节，响应国家人才储备要求，为德育教育的发展不断努力。

Abstract： The purpose of education is to cultivate comprehensive talents with all-round development of morality， intelligence， physique， beauty and labor， which is the current national requirement for the reserve of composite talents， and also the direction of national education strategic reform. To strengthen quality education， the emphasis is on the comprehensive popularization and application of moral education. The in-depth penetration of physical education and moral education， in order to improve students' moral education development， constantly try to innovate， truly implant moral education into every teaching link， respond to the national talent reserve requirements， and constantly strive for the development of moral education.

随着国家对于教育的深化改革，德育教育越来越受重视，是青少年全面发展的重要途径。只有不断深化对德育教育在各学科中的应用，才能不断地提升初中学生的综合素养，使其成为合格的综合型人才。在体育教学中，体育教师要善于发现学生优缺点，使德育融入体育教学，推动学生全面发展。

1  初中体育中渗透德育元素的优势技术

1.1 彰显教育教学过程中教师独特的人格魅力

在教育教学过程中，体育老师在学生占据着独特的位置。体育教师通过长期的专业培训、学习和锻炼，拥有健康体魄、健美的身材和良好的素养。体育教师在教育教学过程中不断健全自身教学素养，而且也在不断拓宽自己的教育教学知识，不断体现着教师终身学习的理念，在教育中充实自己，在学习中完备自己，充分发挥在体育教学过程中的积极作用。

1.2 体现教育教学过程体育的实践性

教育教学过程中，每项科目都具有其独特性的存在，并以其优越的独特性在教育教学过程中展现其不可或缺的价值。……
