普通高等院校体育运动队的现状与对策研究

摘  要：现在很多高校都设立了体育运动队，设立体育运动队从根本上可以调动高校大学生的运动意识，从而提升高校大学生的整体运动水平，体育运动队的设立也是对高校体育教学的一种鼓舞和认可，这种方式可以通过参加高校比赛，来为高校爭得荣誉，同时提升高校大学生的贡献精神和参与精神，使更多的高校大学生参与到提升体育水平的行动中来。虽然现在高校体育运动队在推广的过程当中已经有了一定的成效，但是在实践中还是有一些不足之处。本文对普通高等院校体育运动队的现状进行了重点分析和研究，针对目前的现状问题给出了一些对策和建议，通过分析和应对方法，可以更加有效地改善高等院校体育运动队的现状问题。

Abstract： Now many colleges and universities have set up sports teams， which can fundamentally mobilize the sports consciousness of college students， so as to improve the overall sports level of college students. The establishment of sports teams is also an inspiration and recognition for college sports teaching. This way can win honor for colleges and universities by participating in College competitions， and at the same time， improve The spirit of contribution and participation of college students makes more college students participate in the action of improving sports level. Although college sports teams have achieved some success in the process of promotion， there are still some shortcomings in practice. This paper focuses on the analysis and research of the current situation of college sports teams， and gives some countermeasures and suggestions for the current situation. Through the analysis and response methods， colleges and universities can be more effectively improved The current situation of sports teams.

1  普通高等院校体育运动队的现状分析

1.1 实战机会少，队员无法得到充分的锻炼

由于现在普通高等院校的主要任务还是教学，为高校大学生灌输知识，所以在体育运动队上投入的精力就会比较少，使得高校大学生没有足够的比赛经验，导致最后运动队的整体水平得不到提升，想要普通高等院校体育运动队的整体水平得到提升，那么实战经验是必不可少的，只有当运动队队员有足够的实战经验以后才可以在比赛场上有更好的应变能力，才可以更好地应对每次的比赛，所以目前普通高等院校给体育运动队员提供的实战机会少，无法给队员提供足够的锻炼机会是目前运动队开展中遇到的一个比较重要的问题。……
