体育运动在提高小学生体质健康的重要作用

摘  要：随着新课改的不断深入，在小学体育教学逐渐被重视起来，并成为小学教育中的重要课程之一，不仅承担着小学生运动启蒙的作用，还对小学生的体质健康发挥着重要的作用。传统的体育教学模式和教学方法，已经不能满足现代体育教学的需求了，因此，体育教师要全面认识体育运动对小学生体制健康的重要作用，改进教学方法，推动小学体育教学发展。

Abstract： With the deepening of the new curriculum reform， physical education in primary schools has gradually been attached importance to and become one of the important courses in primary education， which not only plays an important role in the Enlightenment of primary school students， but also plays an important role in the physical health of primary school students. The traditional physical education teaching mode and method can not meet the needs of modern physical education. Therefore， physical education teachers should fully understand the important role of physical education in the health of primary school students， improve teaching methods， and promote the development of primary school physical education.

1  当前我国小学生的身体素质现实状况

孩子们是国家花朵，是国家未来的建设者，他们的身体素质状况对国家的未来发展产生着重要影响。小学阶段是学生成长发育的重要时期，保障他们身体健康、快乐成长是全社会的任务。然而，就我国当前小学生身心发展现实状况来说，他们的体质健康状况非常令人担忧，据国家权威部门的调查和检测结果来看，小学生的肥胖率、近视率呈现快速增高的趋势，而且呈现低龄化和重度化特点，小学生的体质健康问题将严重影响他们的学习，甚至是未来的发展。学校、家庭、社会都应该重视小学生的体质健康问题，并积极探索和采取有效措施，切实提升小学生的体制健康状况。众所周知，参与体育运动，对提升人的身体素质发挥着重要的作用。从国家的检测结果来看，当代的小学生更愿意将课余时间用于看电视和玩电子产品，参加体育运动的小学生少之又少，因而体育锻炼不足成为影响小学生体质健康的最主要的原因。……
