浅析体育游戏在体育教育中的应用

摘  要：新的课程改革基础上，要求体育游戏在体育课过程实施中占有主要的地位。本文通过查找文献的方法，对近些年体育游戏在教学中，所展示出的教学特点进行总结，并描述了体育教学中体育游戏的应用所带来的作用。最后，阐述分析体育游戏在体育教学中进行应用过程中所带来的优缺点，为我国体育教师在体育游戏运用过程中，增添更多的理论依据。

Abstract： On the basis of the new curriculum reform， sports games are required to play a major role in the implementation of physical education. This paper is based on the method of looking up the literature. This paper summarizes the teaching characteristics of physical education games in recent years， and describes the role of the application of physical education games in physical education teaching. Finally， the advantages and disadvantages of sports games in the application of physical education teaching are expounded and analyzed. In order to add more theoretical basis for physical education teachers in the process of using sports games in our country.

1  体育游戏的特点

娱乐性。体育游戏是众多游戏当中的一种，由身体支配所进行。娱乐性的活动能够让人们在进行身体活动的同时达到愉悦身心的作用。

活动性。能够看出，体育游戏主要是学生在进行身体活动的过程中，所进行的一系列有趣的游戏。在进行游戏过程中，身体所带来的各种运动。将在欢声笑语中被掩盖，很容易让人们达到活动的强度。

全面性。学生在进行体育游戏的过程中，会对个体和整个团体进行有效的促进。在游戏的参与过程中，通过各种各样的素质转变，让全身心达到一个全面的促进效果。同时在参加团体游戏的过程中，能够让个体和团体进行相互的了解互动，从一定意义上能够锻炼个体的社会适应能力。

规范性。在进行体育游戏过程实施中，不应让学生在游戏过程中漫无目的地进行娱乐和玩耍。体育教师在进行游戏布置过程中，要遵循着一定的规则和对学生进行一系列的要求，让学生在进行游戏的过程中，尽量避免一系列不安全的因素。……
