高速公路ETC应用分析

摘 要

随着我国经济的发展，基层建设项目的增加，带动了高速公路建设的发展的步伐，但由于人们对出行质量的要求越来越高，需要加强高速公路ETC应用力度，以提高人们出行的便捷度。结合高速公路ETC发展现状，对ETC现有延伸应用模式进行了总结，主要是“ETC+停车场”、“ETC+加油站”、“ETC+其他”等几种模式，对ETC延伸应用与发展方式进行了分析，包括ETC设备与车载设备结合、ETC城市高速公路車道自由流收费、ETC的支付延伸应用等，更好地确保高速公路运营的质量，提高人们出行的安全性，促进我国高速公路的建设与发展。

Abstract

With the development of China's economy and the increase in grassroots construction projects，the development of highway construction has been promoted.However，as people have higher and higher requirements for travel quality，the application of ETC on highways needs to be strengthened. Convenience is essential.Based on the current development status of ETC on the highway ETC，the existing extension application modes of ETC are summarized，mainly including ETC+parking lots，ETC+gas stations，ETC+ and other modes.The extended application and development methods of ETC are analyzed，including The combination of ETC equipment and on-board equipment，the free flow toll collection of ETC urban expressways，and the extension of ETC's payment applications can better ensure the quality of highway operations，improve people's travel safety，and promote the construction and development of highways in China.

伴随着5G时代的到来，ETC不应仅作为一项高速通行费支付方式，更应着眼于汽车行业与交通行业发展的进步与前景，开拓自己的延伸应用。目前，全国ETC行业基本实现了网上办理、网上充值，业务模式包含了“ETC+微信”、“ETC+支付宝”、“ETC+APP”等，建立了完善周到的服务体系。在2019年取消省界收费站之际，全国各省市皆在大力发展ETC，但单一的发展势必不可取，未来高速“无感”支付必然会大范围普及，将会和ETC形成相辅相成又相互竞争的关系，ETC要结合5G大数据时代发展为多场景的应用平台，既是机遇也是挑战。

1 高速公路ETC发展现状及困境

1.1 ETC发展现状

按照取消省界收费站工作安排，至2019年年底ETC用户全国共需达到1.8亿，截至2019年10月30日，全国ETC用户累计达到11668.03万，完成发行总任务的61.13%;其中，2019年新增ETC用户4012.35万，比去年年底增长了52.42%。

1.2 ETC发展困境分析

以上数据说明，虽然2019年ETC办理速度对比去年增长较快，但按2019年发展用户总数标准，现发展用户量远没有达到目标。……
