护患沟通技巧在老年糖尿病护理中的应用效果

[摘要]目的 探讨老年糖尿病护理过程中应用护患沟通技巧的临床疗效评价。方法 选取2018年1月～2019年6月在我院就诊的225例老年糖尿病患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为两组，研究组112例，对照组113例。对照组采用常规临床护理方案，研究组采用常规护理中融入护患沟通，比较两组护理满意度及依从性。结果 研究组的护理总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;研究组的总依从性高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 给予老年糖尿病患者临床护理的同时应用护患沟通技巧，可提升患者护理满意度及临床护理依从性，值得在护理中应用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of nurse-patient communication skills in the elderly diabetes care. Methods A total of 225 elderly patients with diabetes in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method， 112 cases in the study group and 113 cases in the control group. The patients in the control group were given routine clinical nursing program， while the patients in the study group were given routine nursing with nurse-patient communication. The satisfaction and compliance of the two groups were compared. Results The total satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group， with statistical difference （P<0.05）. The total compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group， with statistical difference （P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of nurse-patient communication skills in the clinical care of elderly patients with diabetes can improve the patient′s care satisfaction and clinical care compliance， which is worthy of wide application in nursing.

从临床接诊量看，糖尿病患病人群日益增加，已成为危及人类心理及生理健康的常见疾病之一[1]。该病发病机制复杂多样，且发作时严重者甚至危及生命安全。伴随公众生活水平的提升，临床糖尿病发生率逐年提升，尤其是老年糖尿病患者[2]。老年糖尿病指年龄≥60岁（世界卫生组织界定>65岁）的糖尿病患者，包括60岁以前诊断和60岁以后诊断糖尿病患者。2型糖尿病（T2DM）是我国老年糖尿病的主要類型。近年来，老年T2DM发病率在我国呈明显上升趋势，严重影响老年患者的身体健康[3]。老年T2DM初期症状一般不明显，且病程较长，易发生各种感染等症状，常出现泌尿系统感染等严重并发症，多数患者治疗不达标，常血糖难以受到理想控制。在……
