江苏南沿江城际铁路引入太仓站方案研究

摘 要：江苏南沿江城际铁路是一条设计速度为350 km/h的高速铁路，而太仓市既是该线路途经的一个重要地区，也是其引入上海枢纽的关键节点。在分析太仓市城市规划和所在地区既有铁路概况的基础上，结合旅客主要流向，本文重点研究了本线引入太仓站的接轨方案，从工程投资、运输组织、城市规划影响等方面进行优缺点比较，提出该铁路引入太仓站采用线路别北侧引入方案。

Study on the Introduction of Taicang Station into the Southern Jiangsu Intercity Railway along the Yangtze River

Abstract： Jiangsu South Intercity Railway along the Yangtze River is a high-speed railway with a design speed of 350 km/h， Taicang City is not only an important area for the route， but also a key node for its introduction into the Shanghai hub. Based on the analysis of Taicang City's urban planning and the existing railway profiles in the region， combined with the main flow of passengers， this paper focused on the integration of Taicang Station on this line， and compared the advantages and disadvantages from the aspects of project investment， transportation organization and impact of urban planning， and proposed that the railway be introduced into Taicang station using the introduction scheme on the north side of the line.

江苏南沿江城际铁路（简称苏南沿江铁路）位于江苏省境内，线路起于南京市南京南站，途经句容、常州、江阴、张家港、常熟，接入太仓市沪通铁路在建的太仓站，并通过沪通铁路沟通上海枢纽，线路全长为274 km[1-2]。该线是长三角核心区域城际客运交通的骨干线路，是沪宁通道第二条城际铁路，也是实现项目沿线中小城市与南京都市圈、苏锡常都市圈和上海都市圈1 h内直达的快捷通道。

1 概述

1.1 太仓市城市总体规划

太仓是苏州市所辖的县级市，位于江苏省东南部，地处长江口南岸。太仓东濒长江，与崇明区隔江相望，南临上海市宝山区、嘉定区，西连昆山市，北接常熟市，是江苏省经济最为发达的县（市）之一。全市辖1个街道、6个镇和太仓港经济开发区。规划2030年GDP达到4 200亿元，规划市域人口为135万人。

太仓市城市規划确定“双城三片”的市域空间结构，双城即主城和港城构成的中心城区[3]。主城为沪通铁路—杨林塘—太仓西南市界围合区域，包括城中、南郊、陆渡、金仓湖四个组团。……
