火力发电厂脱硫工艺吸收系统及设备检修

摘 要：当前，我国的发电形式仍然以火力发电为主。脱硫工艺在火力发电厂重大环境污染物控制方面发挥着极其重要的作用。吸收塔作为火力发电厂脱硫设备的重要组成部分，不仅能够有效控制污染物的产生，确保火力发电设备安全稳定运行，也是控制脱硫能耗上升的关键。本文结合脱硫工艺吸收系统的工作原理，分析脱硫设备常见的故障，并提出设备检修建议，以期为火力发电厂设备检修提供借鉴。

Study on Maintenance of Absorption System and Equipment of Desulfurization Process in Thermal Power Plant

Abstract： At present， China's power generation is still dominated by thermal power generation. The desulfurization process plays an extremely important role in the control of major environmental pollutants in thermal power plants. As an important part of desulfurization equipment in thermal power plants， absorption towers can not only effectively control the generation of pollutants， ensure the safe and stable operation of thermal power generation equipment， but also be the key to control the rise of desulfurization energy consumption. This paper combined the working principle of the desulfurization process absorption system， analyzed the common faults of desulfurization equipment， and put forward equipment maintenance recommendations， in order to provide a reference for the equipment maintenance of thermal power plants.

煤炭作為火力发电的主要原料，燃烧过程中会产生大量的废气、废渣以及废水，如果未妥善处理就直接排放，将会对环境造成巨大的破坏。近年来，随着科技的快速发展，人们的环保意识逐渐增强。要想实现可持续发展的目标，火力发电厂要提高脱硫工艺吸收系统的技术水平，根据吸收系统设备检修的要求，定期检修，充分利用脱硫工艺提高脱硫效率，使废弃物排放量达到国家标准。

1 吸收系统工艺流程

脱硫工艺吸收系统利用化学方法或物理方法对火力发电厂原料煤炭（燃烧前、燃烧中以及燃烧后）进行处理，以降低硫排放量，提高煤炭利用率，减少环境污染[1-2]。吸收系统作为脱硫工艺的重要环节，其稳定性和运行效果直接影响火力发电厂脱硫系统的工作状态。吸收塔作为整个脱硫系统的核心装置，其实质是气液传质过程，二氧化硫与石灰石浆液发生化学反应，最终实现脱硫。……
