[Abstract] With the development of TV and radio construction， more and more TV and related products have attracted a lot of attention from the society， gradually entering people's daily life， bringing great convenience to people. In recent years， the attacks on digital TV signals have occurred repeatedly， such as the attacks on Wenzhou TV network， which have led to the hackers of TV set-top boxes of ten thousand households The invasion caused great social impact and infringed upon people's property. In the digital TV signal transmission， once the digital signal is invaded， the detection equipment can't detect the malicious signal at the first time， which leads to the failure of the follow-up prevention measures. Therefore， this paper studies and analyzes the overall monitoring technology and communication technology of the radio and TV signal， in order to ensure the stability and safety of the development of the radio and TV industry.
