论安全管理在班组管理中的作用

【摘  要】目前，安全管理成为煤矿企业生产运营的一项较核心的基础工作，要落实好煤矿安全管理工作必须从各个环节入手，营造煤矿企业整体的安全管理氛围，避免发生各类安全事故。因此，煤矿企业班组在未来管理过程中要格外重视安全管理工作的开展情况，从多方面入手，制定多项制度与措施，不断提高班组安全管理能力。论文对安全管理在班组管理中的作用展开讨论。

【Abstract】At present， safety management has become a more core basic work in the production and operation of coal mining enterprises. In order to implement the safety management work of coal mining enterprises， we must start from each link， create the overall safety management atmosphere of coal mining enterprises， and avoid all kinds of safety accidents. Therefore， in the future management process， the team of coal mining enterprises should pay special attention to the development of safety management work， start from many aspects， develop a number of systems and measures， and constantly improve the team's safety management ability. This paper discusses the role of safety management in team management.

1 安全管理在班组管理中的作用

1.1 有利于加大现场安全监管力度和规程执行力度

强化安全管理，要严格落实各项安全管理措施，做实做细。企业的安全管理工作分为安全生产物质管理、安全制度和安全行为三个方面[1]。所以，班组制定并落实一系列可行的防控制度，完善安全教育管理、安全监督管理、分析处罚和事故教训总结四项工作。在进行工作安排时，班组长第一步就要布置安全工作，明确各检修项目和安全生产的危险点，落实每项措施，细致工作。班组也可建立违章纠查小组，不定时检查安全措施落实情况和操作的规范化操作情况，找出安全隐患和存在的问题，要求有关人员限期整改，防微杜渐，从根本上防止事故发生。

1.2 煤矿企业安全体系构建的重要组成部分

作为企业安全管理体系的重要组成部分，在未来煤矿企业的班组管理过程中，安全管理的构建有利于煤矿企业整体开展安全管理工作。……
