铁路工程施工质量管理与控制对策

【摘  要】论文首先分析了铁路工程施工质量管理与控制原则，主要包括四个方面的内容：贯彻落实工程质量的目标责任制、进一步强化内部监督机制、推广应用新技术和不断提高施工水平、加强技术人员培训以及施工管理。之后探讨了铁路工程施工质量管理与控制的有效对策，主要包括三个方面的内容：构建合理完善的质量管理体系、加强质监基础工作、加强施工质量控制，通过以上几个方面的分析和探讨，为今后同类型项目质量管理工作提供参考和借鉴。

【Abstract】Firstly， the paper analyzes the principles of railway construction quality management and control， mainly including four aspects： implementing the target responsibility system of engineering quality， further strengthening the internal supervision mechanism， popularizing and applying new technology and constantly improving the construction level， strengthening the training of technical personnel and construction management. Then the paper discusses the effective countermeasures of railway construction quality management and control， mainly including three aspects： building the reasonable and perfect quality management system， strengthening the basic work of quality control， strengthening the construction quality control. Through the analysis and discussion of the above aspects， it is hoped that this can provide reference for the quality management work of similar projects in the future.

1 引言

铁路运输对我国国民经济的发展起到了至关重要的作用，在我国现阶段的经济建设中，各个地区对于铁路工程建设都非常重视，通过铁路建设带动区域经济的发展，在这个大背景下未来我国铁路发展仍是上升趋势，这使得人們越来越关注铁路工程的施工质量管理以及相应的控制措施。因此，对于项目部在实际的施工过程中，要根据施工现场的具体情况采取合理有效的措施使施工质量得到充分的保障，防止因细节问题而对整个工程项目的施工质量造成严重的影响。

2 铁路工程施工质量管理与控制原则分析

2.1 贯彻落实工程质量的目标责任制

首先将工程项目施工质量的目标责任制贯彻落实到各个施工环节中，确保施工合同中要求的各项质量目标指标完成，进而使工程施工质量管理的目标得以实现。……
