普通高校跨专业体育硕士研究生培养策略研究

摘  要：我国对跨专业硕士研究生培养方面研究较晚，没有完善的培养计划，直接影响到研究生的质量和就业情况。目前各高校对跨专业研究生与本专业研究生培养模式基本相同，所以加强跨专业硕士研究生的培养已经成为我国教育界当前重要的任务之一。本研究结合跨专业体育硕士研究生报考原因及培养现状进行分析研究，并为培养高质量跨专业体育硕士研究生提出相关建议。

Abstract： China's research on the training of interdisciplinary postgraduates is relatively late， and there is no perfect training plan， which directly affects the quality and employment of graduate students. At present， the training mode of interdisciplinary postgraduates and postgraduates is basically the same in all universities， so strengthening the training of interdisciplinary postgraduates has become one of the important tasks in China's education circle. This study combines analysis of the reasons for the application of interdisciplinary masters in physical education and the current status of cultivation， and makes relevant suggestions for the cultivation of high-quality interdisciplinary masters in physical education.

隨着我国教育水平的不断提高，研究生教育领域的发展，研究生招生规模不断扩大。体育硕士研究生作为硕士教育的重要组成部分，其人数也在不断增加。近年来，就业形势日益严峻，许多本科学生选择继续深造以提高就业竞争能力，其中不少学生本着就业为导向及专业硕士考试相对简单的原因，选择非本科所学的专业报考体育专业研究生。虽然跨专业研究生相与本专业体育研究生相比具有更广阔的知识面，符合高层次复合型人才的成长，但对于专业知识了解零散，体育专业技能基础薄弱。所以，关注跨专业硕士研究生的整体情况及其特点，提出相关建议以提高跨专业研究生的培养质量。

1  跨专业研究生报考原因

第一，部分学生是由于目前就业形式严峻，加上本科所学专业并不容易就业或可选择就业少，所以选择体育方面，为了在未来就业中增强自己的竞争力以及有更好的工作选择。……
