城市社区体育管理研究

摘  要：本文通过对320个社区居民为调查研究对象，在调查的过程中对城市社区体育文化管理、城市社区体育组织管理、城市社区体育服务管理、城市社区体育资源管理，以及城市社区体育管理的改革等方面进行了调查分析，得出了相关的调查研究结果，为该地区进行社区体育管理现状及发展的调查研究奠定了具体的调查基础，并根据社区体育管理的现状提出了具有实践性的建议和想法。

Abstract： In this paper， 320 community residents are investigated and analyzed in the process of investigation， including urban community sports culture management， urban community sports organization management， urban community sports service management， urban community sports resource management， and the reform of urban community sports management. The relevant investigation and research results are obtained to carry out community sports for this area The investigation and Research on the current situation and development of sports management laid a specific foundation for investigation， and put forward practical suggestions and ideas according to the current situation of community sports management.

城市社区是一个城市的重要组成部分，社区的服务也变得尤为重要，要想社区服务工作在社区的居民中有良好的发展，社區的管理起着关键的作用，随着人们生活水平的不断提高，社区体育活动的开展也在丰富着社区居民的业余生活，已经成为了居民生活中重要的一部分。本文通过对城市社区的体育管理现状的调查研究分析，得出了社区体育管理的好坏直接影响着社区居民体育文化及活动的开展，同时也影响着社区体育管理工作的开展等结论。

1  研究结果与分析

1.1 城市社区体育文化管理调查分析

通过城市社区居民参加体育活动的动机调查结果可以看出，该市社区居民参加体育活动最主要的动机就是锻炼身体，其次是由于自身的个人爱好，也有社区居民参加体育活动的动机是休闲减轻压力，增强自身的社交范围和能力，以及为了减……
