河北省青少年竞技体育后备人才培养体制现状分析

摘  要：通过对现状河北青年体育后备人才培养体系的调查，在选材、训练和存在的问题等方面对河北省青少年体育人才进行分析，提出了相应的发展建议。全面发展和培养青少年的教育观念，重视文化素养的教育地位，搞好市、县级业余训练，提高体育学校的规模和质量，是培养后备人才的希望。要建立适合河北省青少年竞技体育后备人才培养的发展机制，确立更加完善的培养目标，建立富有创造性和活力的竞技体育后备人才动态管理体系和良性循环的运行机制。

Abstract： Through the investigation of the present situation of the talent training system of the sports reserve of the youth in Hebei province， this paper analyzes the problems existing in the selection and cultivation of the reserve talents of the youth competitive sports in Hebei Province， and puts forward the corresponding development suggestions. With the development of the education concept of the development of the various aspects of the young people， it is necessary to pay attention to the educational status of the cultural accomplishment， to pay attention to the amateur training such as the city and the county level， to improve the scale and quality of the school running， and to be the hope of the development of the back talents. To set up a development mechanism suitable for the development of sports reserve talents for young people in Hebei province， to set up a more perfect training target， to establish a competitive sports reserve which is full of vitality and vitality. 历史上，河北省竞技体育事业取得了辉煌的成绩，为该省的体育事业奠定了坚实的基础。众所周知，体育后备人才的培养是为了更好地发展体育事业。随着现代社会的变化和社会主义市场经济体制的不断提高，竞技体育后备人才的当前培养模式不能适应当前的需要。为了河北省竞技体育今后的发展，就必须要解决这个问题。近年来，国家教委和体育局提出了新的“体育与教育的结合”思想，为体育后备人才的培养提供了宝贵的意见。就目前而言，迫切需要培养竞技体育后备人才的发展，提高培养水平。

本文对河北省青少年竞技体育后备人才的现状与今后的发展进行了调查和分析，为推动竞技体育今后的发展奠定了基础。

1  河北省青少年竞技体育后备人才的实际状况

河北省青年体育后备人才培养以传统项目、体育学校、体育中学为核心，以中小学为框架，经过调整和充实后，竞技体育水平继续上升，以石家庄市、衡水市、唐山市为中心，为建设竞技体育后备人才培养体系奠定了基础。……
