护理管理在预防与控制肿瘤患者医院感染中的作用分析

[摘要] 目的 研究预防和控制肿瘤患者医院感染中，护理管理的临床作用。方法 回顾性分析2017年5月—2018年5月期间在该院任职的62名护理工作人员的临床资料，用奇偶法将所有研究对象分成常规组和观察组，每组有护理人员31名。常规组实施常规护理管理的干预方式，观察组实施强化护理管理，分析护理管理措施并对比两组研究对象的临床护理效果。结果 观察组的护理有效率为93.54%，常规组的护理有效率为67.74%，常规组护理对象的感染发生率为35.48%，觀察组护理对象的感染发生率为12.90%，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对肿瘤患者实施护理管理，不仅能提高患者的护理满意度，提升护理质量，还能降低患者感染的发生几率。

Analysis of the Role of Nursing Management in Preventing and Controlling Nosocomial Infections in Patients with Cancer

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical role of nursing management in the prevention and control of nosocomial infections in cancer patients. Methods The clinical data of 62 nursing staff who served in the hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. All subjects were divided into routine group and observation group by parity method， and each group had nursing care. 31 patients each. The intervention group in the routine group implemented routine nursing management， the observation group implemented intensive nursing management， analyzed the nursing management measures， and compared the clinical nursing effects of the two groups of subjects. Results The effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 93.54%， the effective rate of nursing in the conventional group was 67.74%， the incidence of infection in the nursing group of the conventional group was 35.48%， and the incidence of infection in the nursing group of the observation group was 12.90%. There were statistically significant differences（P<0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of nursing management for tumor patients can not only improve the patient's nursing satisfaction and quality of care， but also reduce the incidence of patient infection.

医院感染问题在当前医疗服务工作中时有发生。所以，预防和控制医院感染的发生，是目前医疗卫生机构服务工作中的重点内容。虽然目前没有有效的措施能完全避免医院感染的发生，但是适当的护理干预方法能够降低患者发生医院感染的几率。为了探究护理管理在预防和控制肿瘤患者医院感染中的作用，该研究对2017年5月—2018年5月在该院任职的62名护理工作人员展开了分析和研究，现报道如下。

1  资料与方法

1.1  一般资料

研究对象是该时间段内在该院任职的62名护理工作人员。研究已经通过医院伦理委员会的批准，研究患者及其家属在知情同意该次研究的基础上自愿签署了知情同意书。回顾性分析所有护理工作者的临床资料，按照奇偶法将研究对象平均分成常规组（n=31）和观察组（n=31）。……
