临床护理管理中应用分层次管理的效果分析

[摘要] 目的 探究分層次管理应用于临床护理管理中的效果。方法 该研究选取2016年5月—2017年5月时间段工作于不同科室的护理人员共40名（设置为参照组），此阶段采取常规护理管理方式。另选择2017年6月—2018年6月时间段工作于不同科室的护理人员共40名（设置为管理组），此阶段临床护理管理中采取分层次管理。对比两组管理前后护理人员综合能力，同时对比两组护理人员的工作积极性。结果 管理前，两组护理人员理论知识评分、操作技能评分均差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。管理后，管理组患者的理论知识评分、操作技能评分均明显高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。管理后，管理组工作积极人数比率明显高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 与常规护理管理相比，分层次管理应用于临床护理管理中的优势更加明显，能帮助护理人员更好地掌握理论知识和临床操作，提高综合能力，还能调动护理人员的工作积极性。

Effect Analysis of Applying Hierarchical Management in Clinical Nursing Management

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of hierarchical management in clinical nursing management. Methods In this study， a total of 40 nurses （set as the reference group） who worked in different departments from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected. At this stage， conventional nursing management was adopted. In addition， a total of 40 nursing staff （set up as management group） working in different departments during the period from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected. At this stage， hierarchical management was adopted in clinical nursing management. Compare the comprehensive ability of the nursing staff before and after the management of the two groups， and compare the work enthusiasm of the nursing staff of the two groups. Results Before management， there were no statistically significant differences in the theoretical knowledge scores and operational skills scores between the two groups of nurses（P>0.05）. After management， the theoretical knowledge scores and operational skills scores of the patients in the management group were significantly higher than those in the reference group， and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. After management， the working group had a significantly higher number of active people than the reference group， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing management， the advantages of hierarchical management applied to clinical nursing management are more obvious. It can help nursing staff to better master theoretical knowledge and clinical operations， improve comprehensive ability， and mobilize the enthusiasm of nursing staff.

随着社会的发展，人们对医疗服务的要求也越来越高，医疗体制也因此不断改善。为满足就医患者的护理需求，护理模式也在不断发生改变。护理管理是提高护理质量的关键，涉及整个护理程序，且对患者、医生以及护士均有重要影响[1]。随着就医人数越来越多，各科室护理人员面临的工作也越来越多，越来越杂，长此以往，护理人员的工作积极性也会受到影响，责任感也会减弱，护理服务质量自然也会下降。分级管理是目前应用较为广泛的一种护理管理方式，主要将护理管理内容进行精确的层次区分，根据管理对象的不同采取相应的管理措施，以提高管理效率[2]。基于此，该文于2017年6月—2018年6月期间，以该院80名护理人员为例，主要探究分层次管理应用于临床护理管理中的效果，为临床护理管理提供参考依据，现报道如下。
