探究7S现场管理在检验科质量管理工作中的应用价值

[摘要] 目的 探讨检验科质量管理工作中应用7S现场管理的效果。方法 该次试验将该院2017年9月-2019年9月期间收集的30名进行生化检验工作人员的资料作为研究对象，2017年9月-2018年9月抽检90例实施前医疗废物，2018年10-2019年9月抽检90例实施后医疗废物，对比实施7S现场管理前后医疗废物正确处理率及检验考核成绩。结果 实施后生活垃圾分类正确处理率为88.89%，暂时规范贮存场所正确处理率为90.00%、及时运送正确处理率为93.33%、医疗废物容器使用正确率90.004%，合格率为88.89%，各项指标均高于实施前（P<0.05）。比较实施前，实施后检验科医疗废物处理合理率更高，检验科工作人员理论基础成绩与实践操作成绩更高（P<0.05）。结论 在检验科质量管理工作中应用7S现场管理，能够减少检验差错率。

Explore the Application Value of 7S Field Management in the Quality Management of Inspection Department

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of applying 7S on-site management in the quality management of inspection department. Methods This trial will be from September 2017 to September 2019 collected during the period of 30 cases of biochemical inspection staff as the research object， the data sampling from September 2017 to September 2018， 90 cases of medical waste before carrying out， in 2018 September 10 ～ 2019 sampling 90 cases after the implementation of medical waste， compared before and after the implementation of 7 s on-site management of medical waste rate and inspection appraisal result correctly. Results After the implementation， the correct classification and treatment rate of household garbage was 88.89%; the correct treatment rate of temporary standardized storage sites was 90.00%; the correct treatment rate of timely transportation was 93.33%; the correct use rate of medical waste containers was 90.004%; the qualified rate was 88.89%; all the indicators were higher than before the implementation （P<0.05）. Before and after the implementation of the comparison， the clinical waste disposal rationality rate of the laboratory was higher， and the theoretical basis and practical operation performance of the laboratory staff were higher （P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of 7S field management in the quality management of the inspection department can reduce the inspection error rate.

隨着现代医疗的迅速发展，临床检验在疾病诊疗中起到了关键性作用，能够为疾病诊断提供有效参考依据，与此同时，也作用于医院感染控制[1]。因此，提高常规工作水平，完善检验科质量管理，实施检验科质量管理是非常重要的，已经成为医院管理的重点工作。但部分检验人员在工作中没有牢固掌握操作技能与专业知识，且缺乏风险意识与安全意识，很可能造成检验差错。针对现有问题，该文借鉴5S管理法，开始实施7S现场管理。检验科质量管理包括整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养、节约及安全。培养检验人员形成良好的工作习惯，提高检验人员的专业素养，确保检验质量[2]。该研究主要对2018年10月——2019年9月检验科质量管理工作中应用7S现场管理的效果进行评价，并评估管理质量，现报道如下。
