普罗布考联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗脑梗死合并糖尿病患者的价值分析

[摘要] 目的 分析普罗布考联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗脑梗死合并糖尿病患者的效果。 方法 研究对象是该院2017年1月—2018年6月诊治的脑梗死合并糖尿病患者106例。按时随机方法分为治疗组与对照组，对照组应用瑞舒伐他汀治疗，治疗组应用普罗布考联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗，对比两组患者治疗前后血脂水平、炎性反应指标、尿微量白蛋白和治疗后颈动脉超声检查结果。 结果 治疗组患者用药结束时HDL-C、TG、TC、LDL-C水平均优于对照组;治疗组患者治疗后hs-CRP与尿微量白蛋白水平优于对照组;治疗组患者用药后易损斑块、内膜斑块面积、动脉内膜中膜厚度等水平均低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 普罗布考联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗脑梗死合并糖尿病能够帮助患者改善血脂水平、有效稳定斑块，是患者预后的重要保障。

Value of Probucol and Rosuvastatin in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction with Diabetes

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effects of probucol and rosuvastatin in the treatment of cerebral infarction complicated with diabetes. Methods The study subjects were 106 patients with cerebral infarction and diabetes diagnosed and treated in the hospital from January 2017 to June 2018. Randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group according to time. The control group was treated with rosuvastatin. The treatment group was treated with probucol and rosuvastatin. The blood lipid levels， inflammatory response indicators， and urine microalbumin were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment， protein and carotid ultrasound results after treatment. Results The levels of HDL-C， TG， TC， and LDL-C at the end of medication in the treatment group were better than those in the control group. The levels of hs-CRP and urine microalbumin in the treatment group were better than those in the control group. The levels of vulnerable plaque， intimal plaque area， and intima-media thickness of arteries were lower than those in the control group， and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Probucol and rosuvastatin in the treatment of cerebral infarction combined with diabetes can help patients improve blood lipid levels and effectively stabilize plaque， which is an important guarantee for the prognosis of patients.

近年来我国糖尿病、脑梗死发病率增长明显，且两组疾病合并的患者越来越多，关于此类患者的治疗和预后，俨然成为社会学话题。脑梗死是常见的脑卒中类型，也是脑血管系统危重疾病，有致残率高、进展快、病情重的特点，主要是脑组织发生血供障碍诱发的病变。糖尿病是临床常见的慢性疾病，疾病发生后以血糖水平升高为主要表现。脑梗死合并糖尿病机体长时间因为高血糖侵害，会对脏器功能造成不良影响，也会影响血脂水平。脑梗死合并糖尿病，治疗难度增加，危险系数也相应的增加[1]。帮助患者有效调节血脂水平、减轻炎性反应，对斑块进行稳定空，是治疗的重点。……
