骨科内植入器械手供一体化管理效果研究

[摘要] 目的 观察骨科内植入器械手供一体化管理效果。方法 选择该院2018年10月—2019年3月未行骨科内植入器械手供一体化管理时收治的87例患者，将其列为普通组，选择该院2019年4—9月实行骨科内植入器械手供一体化管理时收治的87例患者，将其列为实践组，比较两组手术器械问题发生率、医生满意率及患者切口感染率。结果 实践组手术器械问题发生率（4.60%）低于普通组（14.94%），医生满意率（96.77%）高于普通组（77.42%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。实践组患者手术切口感染率（2.30%）略低于普通组（3.45%），差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 将手供一体化管理应用于骨科内植入器械中，手术器械问题发生率得到显著降低，医生满意率则有所提升，在手术质量提升及患者预后恢复中发挥促进作用，临床推广使用价值较高。

Study on the Effect of Integrated Management of Hand Supply for Orthopedic Implanted Devices

[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of integrated management of hand supply for orthopedic implanted devices. Methods Eighty-seven patients who were treated in our hospital from October 2018 to March 2019 without integrated management of orthopedic implanted devices for hand management were selected as the general group， and our hospital was selected from April to September 2019， 87 patients treated during the month of integrated orthopedic implantation device hand management were listed as the practice group， and the incidence of surgical instrument problems， doctor satisfaction rate， and patient infection rate were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of surgical instrument problems in the practice group （4.60%） was lower than that in the ordinary group （14.94%）， and the doctor satisfaction rate （96.77%） was higher than that in the ordinary group （77.42%）， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The infection rate of surgical incision in the practice group（2.30%） was slightly lower than that in the ordinary group （3.45%）， but there was no statistically significant difference（P>0.05）. Conclusion The application of the integrated management of hand supply to orthopedic implanted devices has significantly reduced the incidence of surgical instrument problems and increased the doctor satisfaction rate. It has played a promoting role in the improvement of surgical quality and recovery of patients' prognosis， with higher value.

骨科內植入器械多来源于院外，作为局部专项操作器械，可提高骨科患者的手术质量，然而专项操作具有一定的限制性，且经济性较差，导致其数量的有限性[1]。由于外来器械具有较强的流动性，若清洁不到位，很可能引起医院感染的发生，需加强医院的规范化管理，以减少意外事件的发生[2]。手术室供应中心一体化管理是新型管理模式，内植入器械使用后由供应中心收回，进行检查、消毒、保养等处理，后进入手术室工作，保证手术能够顺利进行[3]。手术室供应中心一体化管理不仅能科学有效地管理各类器械，还能提升器械管理质量，临床应用愈加广泛[4]。该研究选……
