同伴互助学习策略在中西医结合护理教学查房中的应用疗效观察

[摘要] 目的 研究同伴互助学习策略在中西医结合护理教学查房中的应用效果。方法 在2018年5月—2019年6月期间进入该院的实习护士73名作为研究对象，按照随机数表法分两组观察组和对照组，观察组37名，对照组36名，对照组采用老师主导的中西医结合护理教学查房，观察组采用同伴互助学习方式进行中西医结合护理教学查房，对比两组实习生的专科理论基础知识和操作考试成绩、护理病历书写质量评分，另外，对两组学生学习过程中的能力与态度进行评分。结果 观察组与对照组比较，观察组的实习生理论基础知识与操作考试成绩均较高，护理病历书写评分也较高，学习过程中的能力与学习态度评分也较高，各项对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在中西医结合护理教学查房中采用同伴互助学习策略有更好的运用效果，可以提高护士的成绩，也能提升护士的综合能力，在临床的实用价值显著。

Observation of the Effect of Peer-assisted Learning Strategy in Nursing Teaching Rounds of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of peer-assisted learning strategies in nursing rounds of integrated Chinese and western medicine teaching. Methods A total of 73 trainee nurses who entered our hospital from May 2018 to June 2019 were divided into two groups： observation group and control group， 37 cases in observation group， 36 cases in control group. The control group used teacher-led integrated TCM and western nursing teaching rounds， the observation group used peer-assisted learning to conduct integrated TCM and western nursing nursing rounds， and compared the two groups of interns' theoretical basic knowledge and operation test scores， and the quality of nursing medical records. In addition， the ability and attitude of the two groups of students were scored. Results Compared with the control group， the observation group had higher theoretical basic knowledge and operational test scores， higher scores on nursing medical record writing， higher ability scores and learning attitude scores in the learning process， and various contrast differences. The difference was statistically  significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The use of peer-assisted learning strategies in nursing rounds of integrated Chinese and western medicine teaching has a better application effect， can improve nurses' performance， and can also improve the comprehensive ability of nurses. It has significant practical value in clinical practice and should be widely recommended.

目前在新進护士中，中西医结合护理是重要的护理学习内容，中西医结合护理相对内容比较多，涉及的专科知识比较强，护理人员要有较强的学习能力和时间能力才能进行较好的学习，而要将相关的学习知识进行实践，护士还要有较为灵活的大脑，在面对特殊状况的时候能够积极应变。在传统的护理教学查房中以带教老师的指导为主，新进护士的学习相对比较被动，对相关知识的掌握也比较死板，在学习过程中不能良好地进行思考，对临床紧急状况的应对能力培训效果较差，同伴互助的方式既让新进护士较好地发现“工作伙伴”的优点，互相学习，也有助于提升其灵活应对临床紧急状况的能力，相对能够更好地促使新进护士学习查房内容[1-2]。……
