临床路径教学模式在呼吸内科护理带教中的应用疗效评价

[摘要] 目的 探讨临床路径教学模式在呼吸内科护理带教中的应用疗效。方法 2018年1—12月，该院呼吸内科护理实习生共60人，随机分为两组，观察组（n=30）采取临床路径教学模式，对照组（n=30）实施传统护理带教方式，比较两组实习生的综合能力、护理带教教学质量、学生对学习内容的趣味性评分。结果 与对照组比较，观察组出科理论考试（96.55±2.01）分、病例分析测试（91.35±5.23）分、操作技能考试成绩（92.28±5.15）分、综合评分（96.55±5.32）分明显更加高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。与对照组比较，观察组护理带教教学质量各项评分明显更加高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。与对照组比较，观察组学生对学习内容的趣味性评分明显更加高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在呼吸内科护理带教中应用临床路径教学模式，教学效果更加明显，有效地提高了教学质量。

Evaluation of Clinical Path Teaching Model in Nursing Teaching of Respiratory Medicine

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of clinical pathway teaching model in nursing teaching of respiratory medicine. Methods From January 2018 to December 2018， a total of 60 nursing interns in the department of respiratory medicine were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group（n=30） adopted the clinical path teaching mode， and the control group （n=30） implemented the traditional method nursing teaching methods， comparing the comprehensive ability of the two groups of interns， the quality of nursing teaching， and the student's interest in learning content. Results Compared with the control group， the observation group had a theoretical examination （96.55±2.01）points， a case analysis test （91.35±5.23）points， an operational skill test score （92.28±5.15）points， and a comprehensive score （96.55±5.32）points. The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Compared with the control group， the scores of the quality of nursing teaching in the observation group were significantly higher， and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Compared with the control group， the students in the observation group scored significantly higher interest in learning content， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of clinical path teaching mode in nursing teaching of respiratory medicine has more obvious teaching effect， effectively improves the teaching quality.

隨着现代护理需求的不断提高，传统护理带教方式已经难以培养符合现代护理需求的专业护理人才[1]。传统护理带教方式主要以教师为教学主导，而学生则处于被动接受知识的位置，学生缺乏学习的主动性和积极性，对所学的知识缺乏兴趣，导致专业知识和技能水平较低[2]。为了提高护理人员的综合素质，必须采取更加先进、有效的护理带教方式。为了提高本科护理实习生的学习质量，该研究通过对该院2018年1—12月的呼吸内科护理实习生60人进行对照试验，探讨临床路径教学模式在呼吸内科护理带教中的应用疗效，报道如下。

1  资料与方法

1.1  一般资料

该院呼吸内科护理实习生共60人，随机分为两组，观察组（n=30）均为女性，年龄21～26岁，平均年龄为（23.51±1.50）岁;学历情况：大专15人，本科15人。对照组（n=30）均为女性，年龄21～26岁，平均年龄为（23.32±1.32）岁;学历情况：大专18人，本科12人。两组实习生人员性别、年龄、学历差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。具……
