循证护理教学法在神经内科护理教学中的价值体会

[摘要] 目的 在神经内科护理教学过程中应用循证护理教学法后的临床价值展开分析。方法 结合该院2018年1月—2019年9月该院收入的78名护理实习生展开研究。根据教学方法展开分组，对照组39名（传统教学），研究组39名（循证护理教学），对比两种教学方法的临床应用效果。结果 以教学前后的综合考核成绩分析，教学前两组护生成绩相仿，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。教学后，研究组的成绩明显升高，升高幅度明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。此外，研究组护生对循证护理教学法的满意度为（97.4%），高于对照组（76.9%）（P<0.05）。结论 在神经内科护理教学过程中应用循证护理教学法能够有效提高护理实习生的综合能力，同时拥有较高的认可度。

Value of Evidence-based Nursing Teaching Method in Nursing Teaching of Neurology

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical value of applying evidence-based nursing teaching method in the teaching of neurology nursing. Methods A study was conducted with 78 nursing interns in the hospital from January 2018 to September 2019. According to the teaching methods， grouping was carried out. The control group （traditional teaching） and the research group （39 evidence-based nursing teaching） were compared. Results Based on the comprehensive assessment results before and after teaching， the results of the two groups of nursing students before the teaching were similar， there was not statistically significant difference（P>0.05）. After teaching， the results of the research group increased significantly， and the increase was significantly higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）. In addition， the satisfaction of the nursing students in the study group on the evidence-based nursing teaching method was （97.4%）， which was higher than the control group （76.9%）（P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing teaching method in the nursing teaching of neurology can effectively improve the comprehensive ability of nursing interns.

神經内科是一项包含多种脑血管疾病、癫痫、三叉神经痛等疾病的科室，属于二级学科，专业性要求极高[1]。神经内科疾病类型多具有复杂性，科室内患者合并病痛的同时具有较多的不良心理因素以及意识和功能障碍。而护理人员是与患者接触最为频繁的医务工作者，在护理过程中需要具备敏捷的反应能力以便于及时处理临突发事件，同时要结合良好的沟通技能与患者维持良好的关系，以此来避免医疗纠纷的发生率。鉴于此，护理工作岗位的技术及专业要求必须是十分严苛的，在临床护理教学过程中，有效的带教方式是帮助护理实习生完成从理论到实践跨越的关键环节。而传统的护理教学方法灵活性较差，无法适应神经内科的工作节奏以及特殊疾病类型，而结合循证护理教学法，可以优化教学方案，从而达到高效的教学目的。该文……
